Hotel in zona Hundepark Aquazoo, Dusseldorf

Il hotel è stato molto bello e pulito. Il servizio è stato molto amichevole e utile. La stanza è stata pulita, anche se la vista dalla finestra non è stata la battuta, ma cosa si può aspettare da questa posizione vicino all'aeroporto. La colazione ha tutto quello che ti serve e è stato un delizioso colazione alberghiero di base. Se vuoi mangiare più grande c'è un ristorante in tutta la cortina di Novotel. Questo hotel è a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria e dalla stazione di cielo che ti porta all'aeroporto. Anche il bus SB51 vi porta all'aeroporto o al centro città. La posizione è buona per i viaggiatori di business, ma forse non il migliore se si vuole essere vicino al centro città.

La sala esposizione e l'aeroporto sono molto vicini e la navetta alla sala esposizione è molto conveniente. S11 La linea era il punto finale, quindi sono riuscito a muovermi alla città convenientemente. Ma il colazione non è così delizioso personalmente. È buono mangiare ㅠ Tranne per omeletti e pane ㅋ

First impressions were reasonable, but during our first morning at the hotel, everything soon went downhill. From 8am till around 4pm there were two separate 'evacuations' into the hotel lobby with fire and police services being called both times. After the first evacuation, we went into town, came back 4 hours later, only for the whole hotel to be evacuated again!! Hotel staff were short tempered and nasty, bluntly barking at us to evacuate with hours going by until they finally told us there'd been a water leak. An emergency situation is understandable and I'm not bothered about that event, but the staff's handling of it was utterly poor. A question about needing to return to a hotel room, after several hours of waiting, to collect an inhaler for asthma, was met with grossly insensitive jokes about secretly taking ecstasy and then we were ignored. This whole ordeal largely amounted to the hot water being switched off, which then remained off for several days. One staff member teased we would get 'freebies' from the hotel as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience; this did not happen. The main hotel lifts became unusable and after being instructed to use the service lifts instead, a bartender charged towards us screaming and being unbelievably hostile, refusing to let us pass or listen to what other hotel staff had literally just informed us to do. His behaviour was diabolical, but he made no apologies for himself and excused himself from the conversation. It was outrageous seeing the entire hotel be displaced in such a clunky and slapdash way. Most of the hotel staf were rude, blunt and pompous. One single receptionist was polite and friendly, and that was the woman who checked us out. Every three or four hours someone was knocking at our door or entering our room for cleaning purposes; we could scarcely relax. We've never felt so harassed in a hotel. The hotel cups provided were barely fit for a gobful of drink and they even took away our only spoon to stir our drinks. The sanitisation standards of the hotel were inadequate, failing to provide basic antibacterial or hand soaps in rooms; I had to use a face soap to wash my hands and the red seating between the lobby and bar was heavily stained with black marks. The restaurant always seemed closed, tha bar never had more than three tables with customers, the bar layout was so cramped that I banged my leg trying to take a seat and the entire hotel decor was dreary and miserable. Most of the TV channels didn't work either. I think the only positives were having a free apple from the bowl in reception every day and ultimately leaving the hotel forever!

We stayed here for two nights in two different rooms. The lady at the reception was pleasant and helpful. The hostel was a 20min walk from train station. Our first room was nice and clean but a bit difficult because we needed a key to lock the door both inside and outside and the toilet, which also needed the same key to lock and unlock was on the corridor shared by another room. Our other room had the bathroom inside it and it was just lovely, nothing bad to say. We reduced a few stars because of the other receptionists behaviour (male). After our first morning one of us had a brief normal and minimal exchange with the male receptionist but in the evening when we got back, the reception was closed but he was there and seemingly drunk and excited to see our friend. This was funny for that moment. Later in our room, about 11.30 pm he came knocking at our door and called out it was reception and as I opened the door (in a towel mind you) he pushed two sparkling wine bottles in my hands and a small box with five wine glasses (we were a company of four). We wondered what it was all about and he said it was from the hotel. We did not order anything and neither does the hostel service include this. We did laugh about this for a while even though it was borderline inappropriate until 30mins later (at midnight!!! We were going to sleep as you could assume from me being in a towel) he knocked again, again claimed reception (reminder that he was not working) and pushed in my hands a warm plate of food and insisted we took it. We tried to deny it and close the door but he pushed the plate in and did not stop until I took the plate reluctantly. Then he turned around and gave us two more bottles of sparkling wine. I told him not to knock on our door again and not bother us. We closed and locked the door and turned off the lights and slept anxiously since he had definitely crossed the line and made us very uncomfortable with his (drunken?) Behaviour. This really stained our otherwise good stay in dusseldorf /hostel.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, beim Frühstück hat man eine gute Auswahl an frischen regionalen hochwertigen Lebensmittel. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Auto sehr trocken und sicher in der Tiefgarage des Hotels. Aufzüge sind vorhanden. Die Lage des Hotels ist super U-Bahn und S-Bahn und das Stadtzentrum/Altstadt sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

È vicino all'aeroporto. Bisogna prendere un taxi. Se avete bisogno di un bus navetta è necessario prenotarlo con un giorno di anticipo. La stanza è pulita. C'è un supermercato nelle vicinanze. È comodo per fare la spesa. È più adatto a persone che hanno voli in anticipo o viaggi d'affari.

Ho avuto un soggiorno di 1 mese e tutto era perfetto. L'hotel è a prezzi accessibili, ha servizi di pulizia giornaliera, e un bellissimo soggiorno. Il quartiere è piuttosto centrale e sicuro. La fermata del treno è proprio davanti, la fermata del bus è abbastanza vicino. Personale molto supportivo. Finora, perfetto.

Camera ottima, ampia, pulita, letto comodo. Televisione enorme e con ottima scelta. Ottimo piano di lavoro. Poltrona laterale. Colazione buona. Parcheggio grande a pagamento (20 euro al giorno). Ottima palestra. Unico appunto lavandino bagno piccolo e con poco appoggio. Ma non infierisce sull’ottimo giudizio. A 5 minuti in auto dal terminal

Personale amichevole che tutti parlano inglese. La posizione era sicura e molto tranquilla, ma ancora centrale. La stanza era abbastanza bella e aveva abbastanza spazio, e l'hotel era confortevole con un design artistico. La mia stanza si trovava in direzione della vecchia città, ma era silenziosa di notte, e tranquilla durante il giorno, anche con le finestre aperte. Molta acqua calda, ma le tole erano piccole e economiche.Una macchina per il caffè espresso nella stanza con caffè ma senza tè. L’hotel sembrava un po’ stanco, ma non c’era nulla da preoccuparsi e le riparazioni erano in corso. Purtroppo il computer annunciato che avevo bisogno era apparentemente rotto. Questo era inaccettabile e la mia unica vera denuncia. Il colazione era buono con abbastanza da scegliere tra cibo caldo, ma è finito presto alle 10:30.Il tè nero inglese non era e non era orribile, quindi i bevitori britannici portano il tè a voi stessi. Se passassi, rimarrei qui di nuovo.

E' la mia prima volta a scrivere un recensione, a mio parere, l'hotel è troppo buono per essere vero. Molto buon valore per il prezzo. 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Non credo sia lontano dal centro della città. Per me è camminabile distanza. (A Uber è circa 8EUR al centro della città) Tutto nella nostra stanza è pulito e confortevole!
