Dusseldorf: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

La posizione è A+. 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di sottoterra Heinrich che vi porta direttamente alla Messa. Hotel è bello. È un bell'aspetto, ma è un edificio medievale così la sua parte del fascino. Il desk front leaves molto da desiderare per un hotel 5 stelle.La stanza è ok. è stato dato spazio 131. mattress è crollata e sicuramente non commerciale 5 stelle hotel standard.Sentiva più di una cuscinetto a schiuma di una cuscinetto con solo 10 cm di altezza di cuscinetto. i sono 1.87 La mattina, quando mi sono sdraiata, mi sono sdraiata concava e mi sono sentita male nei muscoli superiori, i remboidi e la fine della mattina. Il mio consiglio al dipartimento frontale che ha risposto non può essere fatto perché tutte le matite sono come questo. Non insisto né mi lamento se sono rifiutato o respinto la prima volta che lo chiedo. Era molto felice con la posizione, ma non con il letto. Non aveva risposta da lei e si spostava dicendo in paura che nessuno aveva un problema del genere. su una nota positiva gli operatori del colazione che erano molto attenti e cortesi in ogni momento. per 950 euro per 3 Notte, credo che non siano in grado di fornire il servizio di base dell'hotel per un buon riposo notturno.

Consigliatissimo Ambiente molto curato Colazione molto varia e ricca nella scelta anche per quanto riguarda la cucina calda Personale molto attento alle esigenze del Cliente Buona la ristorazione anche se più consigliata la carne che il pesce Vasta scelta nella carta dei vini, sia bianchi che rossi, di ottima qualità Molto buoni anche i cocktails preparati con maestria ed interessante la rivisitazione dei cocktails abituali

Hotel bellisimo, dalla hall ariosa e luminosa, alla camera molto confortevole, e si trova in una posizione invidiabile. Anche il bagno è molto bello, peccato solamente che non sia finestrato, con una vetrata aperta sulla camera hanno in parte risolto il problema della luminosità, ma oggi giorno, il bagno finestrato è quasi una pretesa per un albergo di livello. Colazione ottima, ricca e con molti prodotti di buon livello, le bevande calde vengono inoltre fatte espresse e anche il caffè espresso non è male. Incredibile la caparra chiesta a garanzia al momento del chech-in: circa 250 euro per tre notti, con la scusa del consumo al mini-bar e del servizio in camera. Queste cose cari signori, possono essere gestite in altro modo, e di sicuro, soldi non fa rima con eleganza. Fate un po' voi.

First impressions were reasonable, but during our first morning at the hotel, everything soon went downhill. From 8am till around 4pm there were two separate 'evacuations' into the hotel lobby with fire and police services being called both times. After the first evacuation, we went into town, came back 4 hours later, only for the whole hotel to be evacuated again!! Hotel staff were short tempered and nasty, bluntly barking at us to evacuate with hours going by until they finally told us there'd been a water leak. An emergency situation is understandable and I'm not bothered about that event, but the staff's handling of it was utterly poor. A question about needing to return to a hotel room, after several hours of waiting, to collect an inhaler for asthma, was met with grossly insensitive jokes about secretly taking ecstasy and then we were ignored. This whole ordeal largely amounted to the hot water being switched off, which then remained off for several days. One staff member teased we would get 'freebies' from the hotel as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience; this did not happen. The main hotel lifts became unusable and after being instructed to use the service lifts instead, a bartender charged towards us screaming and being unbelievably hostile, refusing to let us pass or listen to what other hotel staff had literally just informed us to do. His behaviour was diabolical, but he made no apologies for himself and excused himself from the conversation. It was outrageous seeing the entire hotel be displaced in such a clunky and slapdash way. Most of the hotel staf were rude, blunt and pompous. One single receptionist was polite and friendly, and that was the woman who checked us out. Every three or four hours someone was knocking at our door or entering our room for cleaning purposes; we could scarcely relax. We've never felt so harassed in a hotel. The hotel cups provided were barely fit for a gobful of drink and they even took away our only spoon to stir our drinks. The sanitisation standards of the hotel were inadequate, failing to provide basic antibacterial or hand soaps in rooms; I had to use a face soap to wash my hands and the red seating between the lobby and bar was heavily stained with black marks. The restaurant always seemed closed, tha bar never had more than three tables with customers, the bar layout was so cramped that I banged my leg trying to take a seat and the entire hotel decor was dreary and miserable. Most of the TV channels didn't work either. I think the only positives were having a free apple from the bowl in reception every day and ultimately leaving the hotel forever!

這是本次歐洲行，最貴的一個酒店，本來抱着很好的期待，最後是無盡的失望。 因為是歐洲盃去看球，這個酒店屬於凱悦集團，我非常信任凱悦，就定了套房。遇到了幾個問題，給大家避雷: 1這個酒店是法院改造的，非常特殊，所以進門的時候，行李全靠門廊小夥和自己提上去，我的行李很多很重，我認為這很不合理，也很費勁。 2我預訂是雙床行政套房，既沒有給雙床，酒店也沒有設定行政樓層。最後告訴我滿房了，不能調整。我提出給我加個床，來解決問題。 3打掃衞生不靠譜。卧室一個床，它還不乾淨，床頭枕頭下一個死蒼蠅，噁心壞了。我立刻告訴前台來換，也沒給補償。還是攜程靠譜，給我補償了幾百塊錢，表達心意。我覺得一個酒店衞生這麼差，也很難做的好。 4早餐食物發黴。早餐品種多，但都難吃。水果還發黴！這個真的醉了，噁心極了。品控一塌糊塗。 5早餐服務差。服務人員態度惡劣，愛答不理。這是其他酒店一點沒遇到的，這個酒店特別明顯。 6比賽當天不給用餐廳。7.6那天比賽日，我們去看球前，出發之前想去pitti 吃頓飯。結果告訴我，不給使用餐廳，原因不明！ 這個酒店如果一個晚上2000，我覺得也就算了，也就這點水準。拜託，這是6000多9一個晚上的酒店，這個服務水平也太差了吧！ 特別是死蒼蠅、發黴水果，噁心到家了！請大家抵制這個酒店，不要去！

La struttura è molto buona e facile da raggiungere e parcheggiare, i dipendenti della reception sono molto amichevoli e utili, la camera è molto pulita e pulita, una bella vista sul giardino, vicino ai negozi di marchi e alla vecchia città e vicino al giardino di passeggiata.

Wir haben ein Wochenende in Düsseldorf verbracht und nach einer Unterkunft abseits der gängigen Hotellandschaft gesucht. Das THE RED hat uns hier absolut überzeugt und unsere Erwartungen erfüllt! Wir haben gut geschlafen und die zentrale Lage am Rheinturm für uns genutzt, um essen zu gehen. Das Einchecken und Auschecken auch abseits der Rezeptionszeiten hat bestens geklappt und auch im Vorhinein wurden unsere Fragen per E-Mail umgehend beantwortet. Die Einrichtung der Apartments hat uns ebenfalls zugesagt und gut gefallen. Daher kurzum: Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt - wir kommen gerne wieder 😀

I had a very nice stay at the NH Dusseldorf City. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection of food and beverages. The hotel is located withing a 15 minute walk from the train station with a subway station conveniently located very near by. My room was cleaned and well maintained. The wifi was quite good. I recommend the NH Dusseldorf City
