Three night stay at this hotel for business meetings in the area. Very clean and neat lobby and room. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke english perfectly. I was not a fan of the marshmallow pillows. Room is pure basic and was adequate. Good hot water supply. I did not try the breakfast so can't comment on that. Biggest drawback was the lack of proximity to any incidental ammenaties or food establishments. There are no convenience stores near by (2-3 kilometers walking distance to the nearest one) and none in the hotel (small refrigerator in the hotel lobby where you can buy limited soft drinks and snacks at the front desk). The hotel would do well to establish a gift shop/convenience store to service thier patrons due to the lack of availability of such in the area. It would have been nice to acquire a cup of coffee any time of day but especially in the morning when a full cost breakfast was the only way to acquire this. Overall though, a pleasant stay with pleasant staff.

Prenotato per una notte insieme al nipote (11) come base per una visita a Neanderthal. Parcheggio sotterraneo privato, non troppo spazio, ma più conveniente di cercare un posto in strada. Amico accogliere ma si può meglio conoscere qualcosa di tedesco, inglese o qualsiasi altra lingua è chiaramente non il loro forte. Non troppo grande camera, ma abbastanza per 1 notte. Bottina di acqua e tè, nessun caffè, disponibile. Nessuna TV o telefono guida, ma menu dal ristorante italiano La Scala. Non c'è aria condizionata nella stanza, ma c'è una finestra di rottura, ma quando si arrivano temperature più alte, non c'è una stanza ”fria”. In base alla buona abitudine tedesca, come ospite, dovresti preparare il tuo letto, maw, gettarne un letto e rimettere il coperchio di donos. Bagno spazioso e bellissimo con doccia in entrata-piano, asciugacapelli anche disponibile. Bella piscina interna, piacevole temperatura dell'acqua, cabine di abbigliamento e asciugamani gratis a disposizione. Solo i serbatoi non erano accessibili, 4 posti letto, che è comunque un po 'di fronte a risparmiare. Anche la sauna è accessibile, solo triste che alcuni ospiti vogliono fare uso di esso nudo, che è il loro diritto buono, naturalmente, ma comunque meno attento in un Alloggio disponibile per uso comune. Un angolo di caffè piacevole alla reception, anche se avrei preferito avere caffè nella stanza. Buffet di colazione spazioso, forse non un volante ma certamente non un avversario. E' meglio che tu parli un po' di tedesco.

Stayed for 2 nights at this 4 star hotel in the middle of Hilden close to the shopping street and about 15 min walk from the station. The lobby, restaurant/breakfast room was recently renovated because of a serious flooding a couple of years ago. They did a good job, the interior in this part of the hotel has been updated with a very contemporary feel to it. We booked a standard room, however the heating was not working properly and we got upgraded immediately which was very much appreciated. The rooms, looked a little bit dated, but were to my delight utterly spotless. The bathrooms especially the shower trays and doors were immaculate, although some water was leaking onto the bathroom floor when using the shower. The housekeeping department is doing a good job for sure. I was pleased to see soap dispensers installed rather than having all those little customary bottles with soap and gel, saving on plastic. Good forward environmental thinking. Because the floor covering was carpet rather than tiles or laminate I would have liked some of those hotel slippers that are customary in most hotels these days. Also as a 4 star I would expect an iron and board in the room for convenience. The breakfast offerings are the usual fare and I was pleased to see milk alternatives available. The breakfast room was quite busy and you could do with an extra member of staff looking after the buffet to replenish it in time. All in all I very much enjoyed my stay here. I think that the room rate charged is very fair and honest but thought that the prize for the breakfast per person maybe at 17 Euros is a bit steep. However, I wholeheartedly can recommend this hotel.

Freundliche und hilfreiches Personal. Große Auswahl beim Frühstück. Alle Kaffee Spezialitäten kann man an einer Maschine am Buffet holen. Danke an die Dame und den Herren, die mir morgens beim Frühstück geholfen haben. Unser Zimmer war frisch renoviert. Kein Teppich, das ist schön. Herzlichen Dank auch an die Rezeption, der Tipp mit dem Restaurant an Rhein war ausgezeichnet! Wir kommen wieder ins Achat

2nd stay here and would book and stay again, staff are always polite friendly and helpful, food is very good. Rooms are cozy, clean and well maintained.

E' la mia prima volta a scrivere un recensione, a mio parere, l'hotel è troppo buono per essere vero. Molto buon valore per il prezzo. 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Non credo sia lontano dal centro della città. Per me è camminabile distanza. (A Uber è circa 8EUR al centro della città) Tutto nella nostra stanza è pulito e confortevole!

L'albergo era fantastico! Era un posto accogliente in cui soggiornare e la colazione era deliziosa.

Il hotel è stato molto bello e pulito. Il servizio è stato molto amichevole e utile. La stanza è stata pulita, anche se la vista dalla finestra non è stata la battuta, ma cosa si può aspettare da questa posizione vicino all'aeroporto. La colazione ha tutto quello che ti serve e è stato un delizioso colazione alberghiero di base. Se vuoi mangiare più grande c'è un ristorante in tutta la cortina di Novotel. Questo hotel è a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria e dalla stazione di cielo che ti porta all'aeroporto. Anche il bus SB51 vi porta all'aeroporto o al centro città. La posizione è buona per i viaggiatori di business, ma forse non il migliore se si vuole essere vicino al centro città.

La posizione era grande. Vicino a Dusseldorf e Mochengladbach. Un fermo della metropolitana proprio davanti all'hotel. (in loco) Parcheggio non era una questione. Se vuoi entrare durante le ore di partenza, una chiamata/email all'hotel, o l'iscrizione a casa presso la porta anteriore dell'hotel farà. La stanza era pulita e tranquilla. Sì è piccola ma sufficiente per una famiglia di quattro nel nostro caso. Mentre il nome B&B suggerisce letto e colazione, il colazione non è automaticamente incluso ma può essere acquistato sul sito. Ci sono stati gridati perché non abbiamo acquistato il colazione in anticipo e siamo entrati e preparati a mangiare. Ma aspetta! Possiamo sempre pagare per questo (in seguito) giusto? Il personale che copre il turno di mattina quel giorno ha sostenuto che la gente ”normalmente” paga prima (perciò non possiamo pagare più tardi?!) .... Per essere giusti, la zona di cena era pulita e benvenuta, e cibo era li. Non c'erano segni che dicessero: ”Pagate prima di sedersi” o ”Aspettate qui per sedersi”. La linea di fondo è che non c'è motivo di urlare alle persone, giusto? Una semplice introduzione di un conto/controllo avrebbe dato un'esperienza molto migliore. Come ha finito l'incidente? Abbiamo pagato per il colazione, ma non abbiamo mangiato nulla. Andiamo in strada e abbiamo fatto colazione al McDonald's. Non volevamo mangiare in cattivo umore con un staff brutto.
