Pros: The hotel staff was very friendly, from the front desk to the housekeeping, they're very helpful and polite. On the 2nd day of my stay, I didn't use my breakfast coupon, so during checkout, they let me use it for lunch takeaway at the cafe. The food was tasty.
Cons: The bathroom tiles are slippery, we need to be extra careful.

First time staying at this hotel. And this is the 2nd best hotel in Teluk Intan after The R hotel which I don't remember its full name. Overall cleanliness is good even thought it's old hotel, as a far as I remember around 10 years old, more or less.
Very near to the main town area around 5-10 minutes drive.

The room was very clean and spacious. They also provided coffee, kettle and all toiletries. The hotel also had gym and vending machines. Overall it was a good stay.

Have stayed at this hotel many times before... This time they put me at room 209 which is facing the Batak Rabit main road which is very noisy with all those traffic and motor cycle loud noise. Overall room is good. Bathroom shower heat mixture needs to have more care so as not to get scale.
Restaurant on the 5th floor serve quite a good variety of local and western cuisine. KFC and TF supermarket is about 10 minutes walk.
