Hotel in zona LAMR, Duri

Questa è una scelta di famiglia ogni volta che vado a casa. Puli, tempestosi e buon colazione. La posizione è anche facile, spero di continuare a mantenere. Ma il prezzo è un po' aumentato, sì.

Pros: + New and clean hotel + Reasonable cheap price (because it's promo season) + Good view from rooftop + Good service, good vibe, friendly staff Cons: - not complete facilities, like swimming pool, and spa - only can be reserved by call, pegipegi or Traveloka. Can't be found on Agoda or international travel site. - the REAL publish rate are too expensive, even with the good quality that this hotel offered. - little bit short opening time at health club (maybe can add until 9 pm).

L'hotel è situato in una posizione buona, ha un centro commerciale davanti e un centro commerciale di putra di cicco direttamente lungo la strada. La stanza è pulita come mostrato in foto. Tuttavia, le patate sono sottili.

La posizione è grande, è nel centro della città, la stanza è pulita, il servizio è buono, il cibo è standard, ha un centro di intrattenimento. è a soli 20 minuti dall'aeroporto, la cena in camera è una risposta piuttosto lenta.

I went for breakfast with my family, but it turns out as an unpleasant breakfast experience. The day before, we booked a breakfast for 5 pax and yes.. It was confirmed through whatsapp. But then, when we arrived at the hotel. No one knows the booking n had no idea about our reservation. Long story short finally we got our seat. And at the resto.. It was a hectic morning. No wonder since that day was Sunday. But it seems very obvious that they were lack of staffs n all their staffs were overwhelmed. No friendly gesture at all. Even not helpful. We got our table uncleaned and we asked for a clear up and somehow it took 30 minutes to get it done. It was 08.15am and the food in the buffet were all almost empty and there was no refill until 09.00. The foods were just okay. The chef on the eggs stations was very nice & friendly. I guess this is the only good thing. Lets talk about the health protocol. From 0 to 10, the protocol just 3. 1 for giving the hand washing station in front of the main door before we entering the lobby. The 2nd one is they provide hand gloves (even tho no one is using that lol) in the buffet as the formality i guess? And the 3rd one is. All of the staffs were wearing masks. And I guess that all of you guys can expect from this Bono Hotel. Most of the guest didnt wear the mask (even when taking the foods). Product: 5/10 (ambience, furniture etc) Services: 4/10 Food: 6/10
