Ac gave trouble through the stay. Rooms are ok but need better lighting. Staff is courteous and polite

Pleasant stay at delta suites, car parking available, food quality is good. Roof top restaurant has very nice view

Location wise it is good. But accomodation is average as per business class is considered. Food quality is average. Hotel corridors are not bright in terms of light and cleanliness.

Rooms had a smell of smoke all over which did not go even after spraying room freshner. U dont expect that in a premium hotel that charges the highest in durgapur. Very disappointing. Rest are good.

A comfortable stay recommended for 1-3 ni stay. Can adewuately spacious rooms nice layout with prompt room service. All facilitues listed were available and functional. We stayed overnight. Parking available and location in heart of town opp a mall.

For breakfast, the behaviour of staff was very un professional and rude. This is not at all acceptable

Reception person treating the guest like they are staying for free and he is doing favour, secondly during my complete stay tb was not working and i have asked about this then they have no answer i think they need to improve on their reception person who is making all the dirt and bad image of the hotel

I have opted for Gold category room. The room is small but neat and clean. Suitable for solo traveller. It has a king size bed, well lighted and has a good view from higher floor. The restaurant and bar are located on top floor. Food at restaurant is good as well as tasty and quantity is also good. Staffs are courteous.
