Hotel in zona Virginia Beach, Durban North

Questo B&B sport è di 12 buone dimensioni per le grandi camere, in Umhlanga Rocks, a circa 40 metri dalla spiaggia (il nostro bagno, nel #3, era umongo, e bellissimo). Le aree hanno una bella piscina, e molte nuoci accoglienti per la lettura. Non molti giochi in casa, quindi portate il vostro divertimento. Gli spettacoli sono grandi. Cowrie Cove è a più di un chilometro da Umhlanga, e quindi più di un chilometro da qualsiasi centro commerciale o da pranzo. Le viaggi Uber sono solo circa 100 Rand giro di viaggio, più di 400 R per un giro di viaggio per Durban. La zona è stata colpita duramente dalle piogge, e la spiaggia ha un sacco di spazzatura su di essa. La spiaggia è piuttosto stretta e rigida, anche, e è difficile camminare a lunghe distanze su di essa3ma questo non è il problema di questi stabilimenti.

Home Away from Home! Benvenuto dal personale, e l'ospitalità è il migliore. È necessario menzionare in particolare il Manager di Prenotazione Vanella, Julia manager del desk front, il check-in del desk front in reception Dolly e il più amichevole, utile Porter.

L'hotel è in una grande posizione e il personale è stato utile e amichevole. Non mi piaceva particolarmente il menu di servizio ristorante/sala, perché aveva solo le latte sul loro menu delle bevande. Devi chiedere di altre bevande come vino, succhi, caffè, ecc. Sarebbe più bello se fossero stati elencati tutti i prezzi delle bevande, la caldaia nella mia stanza era sporca, ma la casa era pura, e il divano era scusante e la sostituiva con una caldaia pulita. Ogni caffè o ristorante intorno all'hotel si apre al 9a.m, quindi consiglio di pagare per il buffet del colazione dell'hotel se sei un uccello precoce come me. Ho imparato a scaricare il carico dopo aver tornato da un giorno all'altro e a trovare nessuna potenza, eccetto una luce e la TV nella mia stanza. Per gli ospiti stranieri che non ne sanno, potrebbe essere un bel toccamento se l'hotel potesse mettere il programma di scarico nelle camere degli ospiti, in modo che non sia una sorpresa disgustosa.Il letto era comodo e il wifi era di solito veloce. In generale, ho avuto un buon soggiorno all'hotel.

Check in was easy. Did not know about paying a 1% Levy, but it costed us R12 so no biggie. Room was beautiful and open plan which suited us. Having a tub in our room was pleasant as it felt good to be relaxing in an open space. The room was dark when we switch the lights off. That was amazing to sleep so peacefully in a quiet, cool room. The King size bed was so comfortable. Only wished the TV had netflix, Showmax or Disney so we could log onto our account to watch what we wanted. The Dstv channels were super boring. Check out was quick and easy. Will definitely come back.

La pulizia e la mancanza di attenzione nelle stanze. Le mutandine di caffè e le tazze di tè non sono state pulite correttamente nella stazione di caffè. Le impronte sporche sulle tappeti nel bagno dopo la stanza di bagno era destinato a essere pulite. Non sono rimpiazzato quotidianamente l'acqua e i bicchieri da bere. Ho soggiornato prima, questo è stato molto sgradevole. Non ci sarà mai più una visita presto

Ci ho pernottato con tutta la famiglia, devo dire che non è male, la stanza molto spaziosa con ben due camere...c'è la possibilità di pranzare e cenare comodamente in hotel visto che la sera uscire a Durban, ma in tutto il Sud Africa, non è molto consigliato. La spiaggia è proprio di fronte. Ci sono anche due piscine, una all'aperto al 10° piano ed una al coperto. La visuale dal 17° piano è meravigliosa.

I'm sorry but this place may look nice on pictures and superficially nice but everything is cheap and service is quite poor. The plastic wood everywhere is tacky, windows are so thin you hear all the traffic on the roadside while on the yard side there is LOUD partying til very late. The staff assured me it would stop at 23, but this was not true, it continued til 2 am. The staff in reception seems truly clueless at most things, this is probably because they have no training and hardly any salary. The poor manager on duty seems to constantly have to rush and make right the various mistakes made, she seems to do nothing but apologise all day to costumers. The owners of the hotel clearly prioritise their own pockets over providing service. A few examples of cheapness: 1.No folder with information in the room - I am referred to the website. The tebsite says iron and ironing board in your room. I looked and looked, couldn't find it. I called reception and they said I can fetch it from the lobby (another hotel would have brought it to my room...). I went down to lobby, carried the ironing board up in the elevator etc. to my room and then found the iron to be old and dirty, it dirtied my blouse and the steam function didn't work properly there was just a lot of water coming out, leaving water stains on my other top.... Just replace the iron when it is old? If a guest calls, deliver the iron and board to the room? Change the information on the web... not so difficult things if you want to make a good impression.. 2.My collegue had a paid and booked transport to the airport that had been forgotten by the staff despite that he reminded them a few hours before and they ensured him it was settled. Once it was due - no transport. He nearly missed his flight. The poor manager lady had to book an uber for him and give him cash... 3. I gave them laundry one morning, thinking it would be finished by the evening or the next day, like all other hotels. By next evening it was not finished (it was 3 small items, no dry cleaning). They seemed to be looking for it as if they had lost it. When I was checking out 2 days after handing in the laundry, the woman in reception admitted one of my tops had been lost... When I complained about this and point 4 below, they did offer compensation, but I had to send a recepit of a new top and fill in forms etc. hassle. 4. After a long week of work staying at this hotel I was looking forward to sleeping 8 hours until leaving on Saturday. The Friday partying however started already at 4 pm with a DJ. I had the room facing the courtyard and asked the manager how long the partying would continue. Oh we have a curfew at eleven in Durban, she said, it will definitely be quiet after that! I’m not from South Africa so I believed her and felt OK I can sleep from 11 to 8 am, that’s OK. My room turned out to be just above the party and it felt like it was IN my room. I was trying to finalise my work from 21.00 to 23.00 with the boomi
