Hotel a Durban, Sud Africa

Amorevole la sezione della piscina, l'hotel è più vicino alla spiaggia 🏖, è stato così conveniente per noi andare alla spiaggia in qualsiasi momento, il colazione è stato il migliore, il servizio in camera è stato sempre in tempo, il check-in e il check-out è stato veloce. Migliore esperienza mai 😊😊

Abbiamo avuto una fantastica esperienza presso il Holiday Inn Express, Umhlanga. Questo deve essere uno dei migliori servizi che abbia mai sperimentato (compreso locale e internazionale). Non esitate a raccomandare molto questo istituto. Check-in è stato fantastico. Brendan e la squadra erano molto benvenuti, amichevole ed efficienti. Ci siamo rimasti in camera in tempo, non abbiamo avuto alcuna informazione su tutte le strutture. Ci siamo viaggiati in gruppo e la squadra ci ha aiutato a raggiungere le camere che erano così conveniente. La colazione era scrupolosa e il servizio superava le nostre aspettative. Trisha e la squadra prendono il loro lavoro e il loro servizio ai clienti così seriamente - come la loro azienda. Mio figlio voleva dei muffin di cioccolato e lo preparavano per lui - quanto sorprendente! Questo deve essere uno dei migliori hotel del mondo. Kudos al team e leadership. Molto consiglia a nessuno di esitare a prenotare qui. Grazie tante ragazzi

Umhlanga is a beautiful location, it is safe, clean and easy going. There is a nearby beach 🏖 with an amazing whale bone pier and stunning views. The large gateway mall is a 7-10mins walk and is filled with all kinds of entertainment, food, shopping experiences you may need. The hotel service is good. Ultimate highlight of my trip was the pool 🏊‍♀️ clean and never busy.

L'hotel è ok e tutto tranne il parcheggio è molto piccolo e limitato Ho dovuto parcheggiare il mio bakkie nel parcheggio dall'altra parte della strada ma c'è una guardia 24 ore su 24

Soggiornare al Fire and Ice è stata un'esperienza incantevole! Il personale era eccezionale, la mia camera aveva un odore così fresco e pulito e il letto era così comodo che mi ha fatto pensare a una seconda cosa lasciandolo! È proprio accanto a un grande centro commerciale con ottimi ristoranti e la spiaggia è a soli 5 minuti di distanza (R15)! Lo consiglierei sicuramente a chiunque desideri un buon posto dove stare!

Le strutture dell'hotel sono nuove, la stanza è abbastanza grande e la colazione è anche buona.Qui sotto è una strada del bar, e il cibo e il bicchiere sono comodi.C'è un supermercato e un negozio di spa e comodo per gli acquisti.Ti piace lo sport può andare a circa 200 metri a piedi lungo la spiaggia.

La stanza è pulita, le strutture nuove, la posizione è eccellente!La costa del mare è bella, il panorama è bellissimo!La colazione è buona e la maggior parte degli hotel sono uccisi secondo.

L'hotel è in una posizione fantastica! Il personale era amichevole e utile. La stanza era molto pulita ma non sono così sicuro della piscina. L'acqua sembrava pulita.. solo il piano della piscina era fuori posto. Ero un po' deluso non avevo un frigo nella mia stanza. Forse le camere più grandi hanno? Durante le ore di scarico, tutto è ancora accennato. Il wifi era grande! In generale, è un bel hotel e sarebbe felice di rimanere di nuovo lì.

Le colline di Beverly sono e sono sempre state un'esperienza meravigliosa. Il personale è al di sopra e al di là del servizio. Le camere hanno vista sul mare e hanno un risalto e un spettacolare sorgere di sole. Tutti i pasti sono eccezionali, il colazione sulla terrazza con il suo fantastico buffet è un piacere iniziare il giorno.

I'm sorry but this place may look nice on pictures and superficially nice but everything is cheap and service is quite poor. The plastic wood everywhere is tacky, windows are so thin you hear all the traffic on the roadside while on the yard side there is LOUD partying til very late. The staff assured me it would stop at 23, but this was not true, it continued til 2 am. The staff in reception seems truly clueless at most things, this is probably because they have no training and hardly any salary. The poor manager on duty seems to constantly have to rush and make right the various mistakes made, she seems to do nothing but apologise all day to costumers. The owners of the hotel clearly prioritise their own pockets over providing service. A few examples of cheapness: 1.No folder with information in the room - I am referred to the website. The tebsite says iron and ironing board in your room. I looked and looked, couldn't find it. I called reception and they said I can fetch it from the lobby (another hotel would have brought it to my room...). I went down to lobby, carried the ironing board up in the elevator etc. to my room and then found the iron to be old and dirty, it dirtied my blouse and the steam function didn't work properly there was just a lot of water coming out, leaving water stains on my other top.... Just replace the iron when it is old? If a guest calls, deliver the iron and board to the room? Change the information on the web... not so difficult things if you want to make a good impression.. 2.My collegue had a paid and booked transport to the airport that had been forgotten by the staff despite that he reminded them a few hours before and they ensured him it was settled. Once it was due - no transport. He nearly missed his flight. The poor manager lady had to book an uber for him and give him cash... 3. I gave them laundry one morning, thinking it would be finished by the evening or the next day, like all other hotels. By next evening it was not finished (it was 3 small items, no dry cleaning). They seemed to be looking for it as if they had lost it. When I was checking out 2 days after handing in the laundry, the woman in reception admitted one of my tops had been lost... When I complained about this and point 4 below, they did offer compensation, but I had to send a recepit of a new top and fill in forms etc. hassle. 4. After a long week of work staying at this hotel I was looking forward to sleeping 8 hours until leaving on Saturday. The Friday partying however started already at 4 pm with a DJ. I had the room facing the courtyard and asked the manager how long the partying would continue. Oh we have a curfew at eleven in Durban, she said, it will definitely be quiet after that! I’m not from South Africa so I believed her and felt OK I can sleep from 11 to 8 am, that’s OK. My room turned out to be just above the party and it felt like it was IN my room. I was trying to finalise my work from 21.00 to 23.00 with the boomi
