Even though this motel seemed old, there had been a few renovations to our room. It was a very clean room near the office & the bed & pillows were comfortable. The front desk was exceptionally friendly. The motel door opens to the outside, so we always like to stay above the ground floor at these places. This Best Western is sprawled out all around a small restaurant in the middle of the parking lot, which leaves little room to park. I dont know if there were parking places on the back side b/c it was dark when we arrived. Because a lot of the 2-story rooms were quite a ways from the office, we preferred to stay right near the office on the 2nd floor. The Only issue was a nearby train blaring its horn at 4:45 a.m. that startled us out of our sleep.
