Enjoy the wonderful walks and bike paths without getting in the car.Our condo has 1 master bedroom downstairs with a queen-sized bed with a private bathroom, upstairs there is a queen-sized bed with two inflatable mattresses for extra people. Both bathrooms have showers and tubs. The living room has a sitting area with a TV and wifi. The dining area and kitchen are adjacent to the living room. There is also a laundry room on the ground floor. This condo is located at the back of the complex, offering a peaceful and private setting. As noted in the photos, the pool and hot tub are not attached to the unit and are located at the front of the complex. Durango is a special place where winter and summer are welcomed with equal joy.
