Staff are always so helpful and friendly and handled the drama of no kitchen and restaurant for part of our stay with calmness and very helpful once kitchen could reopen,no hassle sorting our refund.Restaurant staff all helpful and hardworking

WiFi never works, ultimate WiFi doesn’t exist, every week you get told it’s sorted ! restaurant was closed all week with no information to when it would re-open. Rooms are very good ( premier + ) Staff friendly, car park not great, very clean hotel.

Lovely new rooms. The reception staff were so lovely and professional, really welcoming and friendly. Staff in the nearby pub restaurant also great. Great breakfast and evening meal. Lovely hot bath and shower. Great beds. Well worth the price

I had no heating and halfway through a shower the water stopped for a couple of hours before it came back on, I called Reception and said nothing they could do about it as they only have maintenance 2 days a week. It turns out other guests in various rooms also had different water problems too, as a rather large queue at Reception! I checked out a day early and found another Hotel.

Can never complain with the value of these places (£42 for a night stay). Ideal for us with an early flight next morning. Free parking and we also dropped on with our room as it had been refurbished that week. Fresh paint and bathroom, all clean and a comfy nights sleep.

You know what you get with a Premier Inn. I often use them on quick trips to the UK. The rooms are simple but have everything you need. Staff are friendly. The Meal Deal with the Beefeater is good. My only problem was the bathroom door that banged shut with no reason.

Honestly I was pleasantly surprised. Didn't expect a lot. But the room was spacious and clean. Even had lights on the mirror to do my make-up, which was a nice little touch. Beds were really comfortable. Staff were friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We were woken up at 9am Sunday morning by lots of banging sounded like a carpet was being fitted. It woke us up. They should have advised works were taking place.

Firstly reception staff were lovely ! However we found the bed was small for us and I struggled with the temperature in the room so struggled to sleep both nights. The hotel room we had was clean and was quiet. We had dinner in the restaurant and again the staff member that served us was fantastic however for the price it wasn't up to standard. I wouldnt stay again purely for the lack of sleep but good location and good staff
