Bring the whole gang to this great place with lots of room for fun. Newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath, private guest suite LOCATED ON THE LOWER LEVEL OF THE OWNERS HOME. Sleeps 6 and owner also keeps a travel crib in unit. 1800 square foot in total. Private entrance and private patio with stainless steel grill and outdoor seating. Well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and laundry in unit. Located 1 mile from downtown Brevard where you can enjoy biking, hiking, shops, restaurants, breweries, and of course, you’ll be in close proximity to many of Transylvania county’s amazing waterfalls! 25 minutes from the Asheville airport.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Do not dye your hair or apply self tanner in unit..No food or grease down the sinks and nothing but toilet paper down the toilets as house is on a septic system.,Please do not cut food on counter tops. Clean, Comfortable, and Close to Everything!
My college-age daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the guest suite. The suite was spotlessly clean, updated, spacious, and very comfortable. We cooked several meals in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the privacy and solitude that the property offers. There were so many little touches that made us feel at home - comfortable bedding, lots of throw pillows and blankets, plenty of towels, andshampoo and toiletries provided. Thanks for a great stay!

Close to downtown
The rental is perfect. It is just as advertised. Nothing is forgotten to make you feel right at home. It is a narrow road up to the home and a steep driveway. You can get into the heart of Brevard (and the college) in 5 minutes. Great restaurants and shops downtown. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
