The "Rainbow River Cabin" is a very large 2 story waterfront cabin in Dunnellon, Florida. It's the ideal location to stay If you're looking for a relaxing time, and some kayaking along the Rainbow River. This property has been modernized to give you the comforts of home, but still retain that "Old Florida" charm that will make your vacation extra special. This property is located in the most prestigious and desirable neighborhood of Dunnellon, Florida. The backyard of the property is situated on "Rainbow River Cove" (a serene private cove which connects directly to the Rainbow River). You will have direct access to the Rainbow River. Centrally located, you can launch kayaks from the backyard dock and quickly be at KP Hole (to the left) OR Swampy's Waterfront Bar & Grill (to the right). This large cabin offers 4 Bedrooms & 3 Full Bathrooms. It's perfect for large groups or a family' to enjoy a getaway because, in addition to large bedrooms, you will also have 2 Full Kitchens / 2 Full Dining Areas and 2 Full Living Rooms. There is also a bar area downstairs and a Full Laundry Room with a Washer/Dryer for you to use. The property boasts a large yard & plenty of room to lounge around outside, enjoying the immense wildlife and tranquil view. The property has a large upstairs deck, and a massive wraparound downstairs deck. In addition, the property has an upper-lookout area overlooking the cove. The lower dock area also has a platform that is our personal favorite lounge spot. You can launch kayaks directly from the backyard and paddle onto the Rainbow River with just a few short paddle strokes. A total of 4 Kayaks are available for you to explore the River: 2 Tandem Kayaks (fits 2 Adults + 1 Child) & 2 Single Person Kayaks are included in your stay. Yes- This property is located on a small cove that is directly connected to the Rainbow River. The spring water of the Rainbow River is just a few kayak strokes away from the backyard dock. You can launch the kayaks directly from the backyard for an amazing day on the Rainbow. 2. Do you have Kayaks available? Yes- We have kayaks at the property for you to use free of charge. There are 2 Tandem Kayaks & 2 Single Kayaks ready for your family to enjoy. 3. Is this a Rental for the Entire House? Yes- This rental is for the entire house & NOT shared with anyone. The cabin is a very large 2 Story property with plenty of space outside and inside. There is both a kitchen upstairs & a kitchen downstairs. There is also a full living room plus dining room area upstairs and a full living room plus dining room area downstairs. The house sits on a half acre, with plenty of deck/porch space to soak up the sun. The backyard includes a private dock and area to launch kayaks from. Your family will have Full Private Access to all of this. 4. Do you Provide eating utensils / sheets/ pillows / etc? Yes- You will be provided with MORE than what you would expect from a nice hotel. All beds will be freshly prepared with sheets, blankets, pillows, etc. The unit also comes fully equipped with cutlery, pots, pans, coffee makers, toasters, barbecue utensils.
