Baymont by Wyndham Dunn

Hvg stayed here a number of times, this has been on a fast downward ltrajectory over the past 5 yrs. Tv did not work, Manager got one from another room as we already unpacked and didn’t want to move again. Phone did not work. Floor did not appear to be swept. As usual, lobby filled w boxes. When the hotel has so few guests why are u placed right next to the conjoining room? We requested room in back and wr told because we booked thru you we could not be moved!! We wr up til midnight w loud TV and noisy adjoining room guests. The hotel was just abt empty. Breakfast buffet sscant. Juice machine not working due to Fla Natural contract w Wyndham??? Ridiculous!!

24 hours before my arrival Baymont sent me a link via text message to check in, I submitted my personal information driver license, credit card, address and when I arrived I Informed in the women/clerk that I was already checked in and all I needed was a card key, she said that was not from Baymont Inn, however when I called the number from the text message it actually was from them. I then informed her of of this, however she keep insisting that it was not from Baymont and she was very disrespectful/insulting towards me, telling that I was wrong and she was right, I finally did get checked in and I spoke to the general manager the next morning and he informed that I was correct and apologized for his employee. After this experience I will probably never stay at a Baymont Inn & Suites again.

It wasn’t a good experience! Noisy rooms! No coffee at their breakfast. No carpet on room floors
