It's interesting how some people love it and others not so much.... we thouroghly enjoyed our stay at the Fenway. Our room was perfect, cocktails on the rooftop watching the sunset was great, one can also order food on the rooftop bar. We had breakfast in the restaurant and were both quite satisfied with service and quality. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and accomodating. The only negatives I would share: for only an 80 room hotel, there are a lot of hallways, going every which way, one needs to pay attention where your room is located and there is only one elevator so at times there is a wait to go up or down. The building has only been a hotel for about 5 years and has a very interesting past. We inquired at the front desk about the history and were given a printout about the background of the building. Everything added up to a nice couple of days. Would stay there again if in Dunedin.

La posizione di questo hotel è fenomenale. Era molto pulita e spaziosa. La vista dal balcone era anche grande, anche se avevamo una stanza in alto, potevamo sedersi fuori dalla nostra porta anteriore e guardare la vista. Il colazione è stato fantastico ...a offerta fantastica di molte opzioni da cibo caldo o freddo. Tutto da waffle fresche, vera mangia di ovo con tutti i tacchi che potresti desiderare, omelete di formaggio, uova spezzate, tosta, danese, bacche, cereali, frutta, yogurt e un bar di caffè e succo. Le mie sole due lamentele erano che il letto non era molto comodo per me. Era troppo forte. Potrebbe essere grande per qualcun altro, ma la fermezza mi ha tenuto alzata, ancora una volta, e' solo perche' preferisco un letto più morbido. L'altra cosa non così grande era che la doccia avrebbe messo fuori acqua calda o solo acqua fredda ... niente tra. Penso che il divertitore acqua calda/ fredda potrebbe avere bisogno di manutenzione. Le bevande al bar di fronte all'acqua erano deliziose anche. Siamo stati nella stanza 223 il 24 settembre, se la gestione vuole guardarla. Oltre a questo, tutto è stato grande ....siamo sicuramente rimarremo qui.

My husband and I spent an absolutely wonderful three day weekend at the Meranova Inn a few days ago. It was to celebrate his 80th birthday. We stayed in the KeyWest Room and found it met all our needs and more. The king size bed was superbly comfortable with ample pillows, we had a full kitchen with snacks and Keurig machine with coffee pods and tea and sugars and creamers all there, and the bathroom was spotless with toiletries and fluffy towels and two comfy cotton bathrobes at our disposal. Two TVs--one in the bedroom and one in the living room-- had good reception. The pool was right outside our door. The town is lovely, and has a designated bike trail right through the middle of town, so one could ride a bike safely out of traffic's way. Each room as its own unique character, so check out the website and see the rooms before you decide in which one you want to stay. We had breakfast right next door at the Wild Iris restaurant--so convenient. We also had dinner at AlFresco and found the meals and service very good. That, too, was within walking distance. We are Floridians, yet, this mini-getaway to Dunedin was a great way to celebrate, and we are pleased we did. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
