Esperienza PESSIMA. All'arrivo, la camera non era preparata, il bagno era sporco, i letti sfatti. Abbiamo chiesto e ottenuto di cambiare camera. Il secondo giorno, rientrati alle 18, medesima situazione. A fronte delle nostre proteste, ci hanno risposto che non avevano più a disposizione le signore delle pulizie e non avevano altre camere disponibili. Incredibile e vergognoso

Very clean room. Bobby, reception was very helpful at check-in. Each staff member was very friendly. The staff repairs team member, sure his name was Mike, was chatty. We met him at the lifts. Hotel very clean. Beds, as always, very comfortable, slept very well. Hotel next to the V+A and Discovery. Close to Tesco.

First 2 stays were fine but this overnight stay left me feeling disappointed. The room was just grubby and needed a good scrub. Dust and grime all over, stained chairs, blown mirror and rusty hand soap dispenser all added to the general neglected feel. I just wanted to get home for a clean shower!

Really comfy and clean room. Lovely location right next to the harbour and next to train station. Staff were very friendly and always greeted me when i was passing through the foyer, most friendly i have had at a premier inn. Breakfast staff were also very friendly and breakfast was great as always with a view over the harbourside
