Very clean

The room is spacious and includes a TV and air conditioning. However, the air conditioner is dripping, causing the floor to get wet. Unfortunately, there’s no chair to sit on and no rag to clean up the water.

Great location, next to Robinson Mall, Clean and good size rooms, the only let down was not enough storage in the rooms

Arrived early from flight,called them to drop off my luggage and do early check in. Everything was smooth and staff were friendly and accomodating thank you

Very well positioned next to Robinson Place . The rooms are very comfortable and drinking water hot and cold available 24/7.

To be honest, I don’t recommend you this hotel, no elevator, no toothbrushes in the rooms , rooms are small and kinda dirty.

The hotel staffs are nice and approachable especially the guards who are smiling and would always greet you. The room and the beds are really clean, well air-conditioned and there are no unnecessary odors. There were electric heater, cups, and towels and toiletries provided. The only thing I wish the hotel offered were extra slippers. Even the disposable ones will do. Check in and out were in less than 5 mins. over all, the stay was worth the price. Would love to book again soon.
