Super 8 by Wyndham Duluth

The bed was comfortable. The TV didn’t work. Unable to get any stations, except Shrek. When I asked the front desk about how to use the TV, the young lady informed me that it wasn’t a smart TV when in fact, I know it was. No reception and the two rooms that we rented however the TV in the dining area worked perfectly fine. The air conditioner didn’t work at first. I later discovered that it was the outlet that didn’t work. So I had to plug the air conditioner into an outlet on the lamp on the desk to get it to work. I don’t know how safe that was. One of the staff members was extremely rude to the one that was replacing her at the end of her shift. She said some pretty mean things and walked out the door. The young lady that replaced her handled it really well. She apologized for her actions. I think the price was too much for what we got.

The breakfast wasn't any good but the staff were nice and the rooms were clean so I'd stay again and bring my own breakfast!!

I had called the 800# to see if they had a pool or hot tub, I was told no they did not. They do have a hot tub and sauna. They should include that on their Facebook page.

This was a clean hotel with a super friendly and helpful staff. The hot tub and spa were unique and the dining area cozy. We will definitely be staying the next time we go through!

Not worth it I am not sure how it got such good reviews. It was a very basic hotel. Window style air conditioners which did not cool room. Ran out of Hot water during shower. Breakfast was the worst Ive seen. Spa area.... not sure? Hours were 9am till ? ... but door was locked. The gal at check in tried to recharge the room on the card I already paid in full. She was confused and told me that when you book through 3rd party.... they credit so they have to rerun it. A headache at 1230am. The stay was not worth the $160 a night.

Overall this hotel is a great option for price and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The location just isn’t close to much of Duluth’s highlights. However, it is close to the highway as an option to get to where you’ll probably want to explore.
