Hotel a 3 stelle a Duluth

It's good location everything around and it's very clean room , but lobby and elevator smells like cig, who care we need clean room 😂 , it's good 👍

Anche la colazione era molto gustosa, ordinata e buona. È stato bello essere vicino a Koreatown. La lobby era bella e anche l'happy hour era fantastico.

Posizione e servizi meravigliosi. Vorrei che la reception fosse un po' più cordiale e comprensiva. Ho trovato dei capelli nel mio letto, quindi anche il servizio di pulizia avrebbe potuto essere un po' più attento.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. We received our room which was very clean and comfortable. The hotel also has many amenities. Housekeeping did a great job daily and replenished towels, cups, etc. We also ate breakfast at the 401 Bistro daily which was great food and the staff was very friendly and courteous. We enjoy this hotel so much we always stay here when traveling to Duluth, GA. There is also many restaurants, small town shops and a park to relax across the street from the hotel.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Marriott NE/Duluth Sugarloaf. My check-in process with Renee was most pleasant, professional and efficient. Renee gave me a choice of floors to stay on, and the room she assigned we perfect. However, the best is yet to be told. Upon checking-out and traveling back to my home state, after being home for some 12-14 hours, I suddenly realized I left my wedding ban and a luxury watch in the room I stayed in. In a panic, I called the hotel. When asked by the front desk person who answered the phone (not Renee) what room I stayed in, she stated an arriving guest had already been checked into the room I stayed in the night before, and could not be disturb. I was also told housekeeping had left for the day and could not be reached until the next day. Such news sounded grim and pretty much sickened me to my stomach. I nonetheless remembered Renee's name (who checked me in) and how professional she was. I therefore called back to ask if Renee was in. I was told she was not working at the time and to check back tomorrow. So I did--I waited the next day and asked to speak with Renee. When I connected with Renee, I explained the matter to her. And just as me or any other business leader, Renee told me she would take on looking into the matter and let me know what she found out as soon as she knew. She indicated it may have been retrieved by housekeeping and she would let me know as soon as she spoke with them. And to my greatest of hopes in the moment, Renee did as warranted. She confirmed housekeeping had retrieved my ring and watch! I can't tell you how happy/pleased I am with the outcome of this matter! Renee and housekeeping saved the day! They saved my day and neck for that matter as the last thing a spouse wants to do is lose their wedding ban. And the last thing a man wants to lose is his watch! So to Renee and staff, many thanks! Many, many, many thanks! I recommend this property to all! And if you get a chance, be sure to meet Renee! She's awesome!!

bathroom does not have exhaust fan. sofa bed has multiple dirty stain.

I've stayed at this hotel the year prior with no issues. It was average but busy. This year was so busy they called me a week before to try and get me to cancel my room because they were overbooked. I refused and then called and spoke with a manager to which I was told that I would have a room for sure. The morning of my trip and called to confirm that I still had a room and they told me they had already had a room assigned to me and would be cleaning it then. I informed then I was still about 6 hours away but was coming for sure. When I arrived shortly after 3:30pm. I was told they did not have a room for me yet. When I mentioned what they told me that morning they said that was not the case and rooms were assigned on a first come first serve basis and they would call me when one was ready. I finally got a room about 5pm. It was okay but the corner king room had no curtain. Simply a shear see through curtain that let in the light from the parking lot and being on the second floor, people could see into the room from outside. When I asked about it, they shrugged their shoulders and said sorry. My room was across the hall from some very noisy people as the room walls were thin. However. The breakfast attendant was WONDERFUL. She was pleasant and helpful and always smiling. I left her tips everyday I at there! She was amazing!

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. My first night there I placed my suitcase in the closet which knocked over the ironing board and behind the ironing board was a gigantic empty bottle of Johnnie Walker which was the size of my forearm. Hard to miss if the room had been thoroughly cleaned prior to my stay. The bathroom was not well laid out and the open shower concept does not work well especially with the wecare notes to hang towels and wash clothes for reuse when the water from the shower runs into the bathroom floor. The bathroom was not the cleanest. My second night there I opened the closet to hang my sweater and a spider jumped out. At checkout, I requested a printed receipt when asked and was not provided with a copy and instead was rushed out with a “it was emailed to you.” This happened after staff asked about my stay and I responded “it was okay.”

Il nostro soggiorno qui era buono, il personale era amichevole, la camera era spaziosa e si trova in una posizione fantastica.Tuttavia, l'hotel poteva usare una buona pulizia profonda e sembrava un posto molto bello in un momento, ma poteva ora usare alcune aggiornamenti.

Residence Inn è la nostra scelta preferita, ma la posizione Duluth ha seriamente bisogno di alcune manutenzioni e formazione del personale. Non avevamo pendenti in nessuno dei due camere da letto, nessun suono sulla TV, illuminazione di buio, il tubo ci voleva ore per sdraiare, i pannelli di base erano un casino, si sono ritirate, hanno preso tutte le tute e hanno lasciato una tovagliola pulita, Ho svuotato la spazzatura e ho trovato il sacchetto di plastica sostitutivo nella mia borsa di make-up, le catene profumavano di cucina, il colazione caldo era fuori di uova, salsa & muffin inglese ... Potrei continuare, ma il punto è, non mi aspettavo questo da un Marriott. Sono costretti a parcheggio che è inutile perché sono nelle periferie e hanno il loro stesso destino. Solo un modo per fare soldi. Ci siamo trasferiti qui molte volte negli ultimi 10 anni e l'hotel è andato in collina. Il personale del desk front era piacevole e utile. La persona del colazione era accentuata e mi ha preso, quando ho chiesto di mancare i cibi caldi. Cerchiamo di trovare un altro alloggio quando visiteremo Atlanta.
