Hotel in zona Edgar Tillett Memorial Park, Dulles

Molto soddisfatto, vale la pena raccomandare.

La seconda settimana di marzo, in occasione della riunione del comitato esecutivo nazionale AMVET, a Marriott, a Washington, sono arrivato, e ci sono stati accolti con un sorriso caldo al divano frontale. Angela P. era l'ospite perfetto e l'epitomo del servizio clienti. Molto personalizzato e adatti alle nostre esigenze per il nostro soggiorno, andò di sopra e di là per assicurarsi che il nostro soggiorno fosse piacevole. Con Erin e Darnell, il personale del front desk e i funzionari di sicurezza erano eccellenti, ma la leadership e il personale del gruppo di eventi è un'altra storia. Sembrava che un certo individuo cercasse di fare un nome per se stesso e, facendolo, distrusse una grande parte del nostro piacere durante il nostro soggiorno. Dirò che lui e i suoi minions ci hanno fornito una memoria che sarà ricordata per molto tempo; una memoria esattamente opposta al servizio meraviglioso che abbiamo ricevuto al divano front! Kudos a Angela e i suoi collaboratori!

In a world where many hotel chains use COVID or being green as an excuse to save money, I am happy to report that the Westin Dulles rose above my expectations. Much to my surprise, I did not find a green excuse flyer on my pillow to explain why my room could not be cleaned while I was out. Too many hotels use either ecology or COVID-19 as an excuse to set low expectations for customer service. The Westin Dulles is the first hotel that truly delivered on its commitment to customer service. They cleaned my room to spotless perfection while I was out on business. And when I came back I had clean towels and a freshly made bed to sleep in. Westin elevated their brand by doing what used to be expected. Our bar was lowered by COVID-19. However, Westin still cares enough to overcome the challenges facing the hospitality industry. Well done Westin! Gratefully, Gary

A nice hotel with spacious rooms and a good, regular shuttle to the airport—if it’s 10-15 minutes, so not exactly an airport-adjacent hotel. I arrived late and left early but the staff was helpful and welcoming and the room was quite large, a good bathroom in which to freshen up. I would happily stay again.

Mi piaceva davvero questo hotel. Era piuttosto in costo, ma mi sentivo come un'esperienza molto media. I ricevitori erano molto amici. La camera era molto spaziosa con strutture di cucina. Il letto era anche estremamente comodo. Le uniche critiche di leggerezza sono state che non ci sono ristoranti vicino e la doccia è stata molto antiquata, ma, se dovete passare la notte a Dulles, consiglierei sicuramente questo posto.

Such a nice hotel! The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious. I appreciated the free shuttle to the airport.

La nostra famiglia fa questa nostra base per le visite di fine settimana della Virginia settentrionale. Di solito è un po' più conveniente di altre due suite da letto in Herndon. Le aree comuni all'aperto sono ben ombrate, con molte aree grasse per camminare per un cane. Le strade sono vicine con accesso attraverso lo sviluppo della villa a ovest. Giant e CVS sono in un centro commerciale a circa un chilometro di distanza. Le suite sono pulite e ben mantenute. La cucina è adeguata con un frigorifero e microonde di dimensioni piene, più costruito in armadi top range. Non forno. Camere da letto sono di buona dimensione con spazi separati di chiusura. Bagni sono puliti con abbastanza asciugamani, shampoo, ecc. Il pranzo è stato sofferto un po' dalle restrizioni COVID; non più frutta fresca, principalmente pane confezionato, yogurt, uova bollite dure, più un oggetto cotto che ruota quotidianamente.

Was skeptical due to reviews re: cleanliness and condition. We usually stay at Embassy, but for nights we needed the price was double. I called and was assured rooms were renovated, I made the reservation asking for reno. room. Upon arrival I again asked for reno room & was told they've all been done. I went to the room, inspecting bathroom, bedding, floors etc....Room was clean and had been updated, shower looked new, no mold. I will say there were some paint splatters on floor, a cpl marks on door, but that can happen the day after work is done. Kitchen decently supplied for 2 travelers, including can opener- also kitchen appliances all clean. Xtra sheets/blankets for pull out, if needed. Room was on back side and quiet. All employees I ran into were friendly. My only concern would be regarding breakfast. Hours are 6-9am during week. 2 of our 3 days at our 8am arrival a few items were empty & not replenished the half hour we were there ie fruit, muffins, juice, water. Basic pre-made breakfast which is fine, but if serving til 9 then items need to be available. Perhaps back-up prepped and ready to refill as needed. I understand if all goes out at once, ppl tend to over-serve. And more guests came after us to eat breakfast, I also believe breakfast area furniture could use a redo. Was pleasantly surprised to see nice outdoor patio area to sit. Seeing the renovation of the room here wants me to notify Embassy they're now do for a redo, they're rooms are worn compared to Homewood. The only benefit to Embassy is fresh cooked breakfast, but for 150/night vs 290, it's not that special. I'm not sure why there are other posts within the past 6 months of poor conditions at Homewood, unless all the reno. wasn't completed then. This will be our new Herndon place to stay as long as it remains as is. Thank you for a great experience.

Il miglior posto per soggiornare per le persone che volano fuori dall'aeroporto di Dulles. Shuttle gratuito all'aeroporto, parcheggio sicuro per la vostra auto, eccellente ristorante e personale molto amichevole Se il vostro viaggio è almeno due settimane è effettivamente più economico di soggiornare in hotel e parcheggiare la vostra auto qui poi semplicemente parcheggiare all'aeroporto. Non ci sono più ospiti di guidare all'aeroporto il giorno del vostro volo.
