Our first booked room left much to be desired, dirty windows and unkept lawn with many insects in the courtyard. I asked for a room change and management swiftly not only changed but also upgraded us to a two bedroom villa and were very apologetic. I really did enjoy my stay and would recommend this place to all families and couples.

This Hotel is located on beautiful grounds, however it is a real shame that they are letting the weeds takeover everywhere. Still very pleasant to walk around the complex with all the trees, flowers, lake, swans & ducks, but it breaks your heart to see the weeds taking over everywhere and there is what once would have been a beautiful Rose Flower path and the roses are still flowering but no maintenance at all and weeks are taller than the rose bushes and all they seem to do is just the grass and forget the rest. Rooms and facilities were very clean, so I was impressed. Room layout is excellent and very, very big with a courtyard and external spa, you start to relax as soon as you walk in the door. The only thing that put me and my wife off is the mahjong table in the main room on the first floor. TV had no movies and no English Chanels at all. Food in the All Day Dining (Chinese Restaurant) was very nice but limited. Breakfast was not a very big selection and probably because it is not peak season, however it also was not very good and put us off even trying the Western Food for dinner and went across the road for fast food instead. Staff were very nice and polite. We want for my wife's birthday and apart from the impressive building structures, there was no WOW factor for the overall experience.

As a family of four with two kids we had a wonderful stay at Song Hotel in Dujiangyan. The location of the hotel is very convenient, right next to the ski hall and a mall. To Qingchengshan it is only a 15 minutes drive. The service was excellent and especially Dai Xiao made us feel home and helped us with everything we needed. The villa had a beautiful view on the mountains and the private hot tub in the backyard was very relaxing. The villa was equipped very well and we did not miss anything - also the two restaurants (Chinese & western food) were very delicious. We can definitely recommend it and we want to come back soon!

Good location to visit Dujiangyan and go to the water and snow park. Villa is very spacious and design. The environment is green and quiet. Staff is helpful. Food is good.

硬件還可以，但是説服務，一個超六星級酒店可以如此垃圾，史無前例，迷你吧飲料少的可憐，打電話叫送幾瓶礦泉水，足足等了半個小時。早餐品質和品種一般，跟幾百元的商務酒店差不多。退房，讓擺渡車來接去停車場，等了40分鐘沒人來接。最後還是自己走路去的。無敵了。

青城宋品酒店真是一家很不錯的酒店！位置優越，交通便利，環境優雅舒適。房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，客關係經理Tibbers服務周到細緻。提前就聯繫我，安排好房間的所有事項，總之，這裡是一次非常愉快的住宿體驗，值得推薦給大家！

酒店很大，周邊配套也足，去都江堰、熊貓谷等景區開車十餘分鐘，所以不想去成都熊貓基地擠人從眾的，來這就很合適，Tibbers提前一天就聯繫我，詢問預計到達時間及房間偏好與需求，提前為我們安排好房型，到了就快速辦理入住，細緻的服務讓人印象深刻。房間硬件保養得很好，還很新，工作人員都非常有主動服務意識，總體很滿意

這次來到青城宋品酒店非常的驚喜，酒店環境非常的美麗，尤其是大堂後面的這座山，管家小雨給我介紹這是趙公山，有招財的意思。感覺整個酒店能與文化歷史相結合，此次出行 也普及了不少都江堰歷史知識；酒店房間裏面贈送的歡迎卡片，非常精美，我也帶走了，並且還拍了張照片留作紀念，下次還會回來帶着自己的親朋好友，謝謝小雨的照顧

衞生做得很乾凈。從訂酒店下單就開始對顧客的服務流程，到離店整個服務過程很到位。下單以後Tibbers來電詢問我的需求，特殊要求，根據喜好提前安排，服務吊打其他五星酒店！非常滿意，選擇宋品來當作一天後的休息下榻的酒店是非常不錯的選擇。

第一次入住成都青城宋品酒店，管家小雨的服務非常的貼心細心，讓我印象深刻，禮賓車也是隨叫隨到，整個團隊也是朝氣蓬勃，充滿活力，團隊專業熱情。酒店房間的歡迎卡片非常精美，有酒店特色打卡處的介紹，還有我們中式古色古香的卡片，我自己的婚宴也是在酒店辦的，所以對這家酒店的感情很深也非常的喜歡經常回來也推薦給我身邊所有的朋友整體來説非常的滿意

這既是成都宋品酒店的評價，又是成都三大奢華酒店的對比帖。 成都青城宋品酒店，成都釣魚台酒店，青城六善酒店。這次花了五天的時間體驗了這三個酒店。 設施：同價位青城山宋品酒店面積最大，設施最齊全。基礎房型都有自己的私湯温泉。雖然室內游泳池沒有開，但整體設施非常的齊全，不管是房間內的設施還是户外的設施。釣魚台酒店稍微有點年代感了，設施維護的還可以，地毯需要進一步清理。六善酒店基礎設施也可以。 衞生：宋品衞生非常好。 環境：宋品和六善好。 服務：宋品，隨叫隨到，有求必應。六善有求時有點溝通時間長，小童早餐限制規矩特別的多。服務宋品第一！！ 管家董薇。

服務超級好，早餐和下午茶品質都在線，湯池很適合小朋友，房間設施也齊備，可以點外賣送進房間，住了兩晚，很安靜，衹聽得到鳥叫，到哪都可以喊接駁車，有個天鵝湖可以喂天鵝，旁邊就是融創樂園和雪世界，過街就開耍
