Hotel a Dudley, Regno Unito

Mi ando all'hotel quando visita la famiglia/ami. Molto conveniente per me a causa del prezzo e posizione. Ordinato dal ristorante questa volta intorno e il cibo era sorprendente. Sicuramente consigliere il Re di Proteina.

Grande colazione. L'hotel è buono per soldi. 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. L'area circostante è un po' buio e vuoto, ma il centro della città è proprio lungo la strada.

Nice stay as it's been many years since I last stayed. The room was nice only pity fur been a listed building there lift. Only one thing the overall room was clean and tidy pity they not done the same behind TV . The wall was dug out and should be be plastered bk to hide the hole.

I didn’t get the room I booked and paid for. I was travelling with my family, 2 of my sons have autism and I booked a suite with 5bedrooms so they could have a bedroom each and the rest of the family could be together. Also the suite had a lounge where we could sit as a family and my sons could have the routines we have at home. However we were moved to a different suite and I was advised that the room I had selected was being used on a long term rent and I couldn’t have it. This caused awful issues for my children and me to have to stay up all night to monitor them. There wasn’t any managers around to discuss the matter with and the service from the receptionist was awful. Just kept saying it will not be possible. I showed him my booking and explained why I needed the room I had booked and he just didn’t seem to care. The whole situation was just really upsetting. The rooms were clean enough, the showers were dreadful and there wasn’t enough crockery for everyone to have a drink or something to eat. The road noises were so loud at night even if I managed to go to bed I don’t think I would of slept! All night party went on the din of music played for most of the night. The suite we stayed in didn’t have a lounge or table facilities for my children to eat at. I have called the hotel daily since my stay and no manger will speak to me about my complaint or possible refund absolutely terrible customer service! The worst I’ve ever experienced! Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody, save your money book somewhere else and probably cheaper for better!!

Hotel carino situato vicino al Canale, abbiamo appena andato a scappare per qualche giorno. Bella piscina, stanza a vapore e sauna. Camera un po 'datato, ma non un problema. Bed comodo un grande soggiorno. E come bonus c'è un pub Wetherspoons proprio sul lato della strada. Anche se il bar alberghiere è abbastanza ragionevole. Il colazione era un enorme buffet e il pasto era grande e non troppo prezioso.

Il personale carino, giovane e sbrigato, si è fermato per una notte, si è fermato prima del 2018. Tuttavia, era confuso che l'hotel lasciava entrare chiunque utilizzasse il bar, dal corso di gara quando ci erano ampie bar nel campo di gara per chi non si trovava all'hotel. Dopo Madness ha finito l'unico bar aperto è il bar dell'hotel, perché il show è finito 10.00 tempo di casa e ti vogliono fuori se non ti fermi all'hotel, che è buono, ma se ti fermi all'hotel come molti di noi erano , il bar era pieno, sono stati colpiti così, naturalmente, la gente voleva sedersi fuori perché ci sono tavoli per l'hotel fuori ma la sicurezza era stata detto di non lasciare nessuno fuori con bere, quanto stupido è questo, capisco che vuoi chiudere il corso di gara, Quindi devi limitare le persone a usare l'hotel se non sono qui, e non essere invidioso e prendere i soldi delle persone sapendo che sarai 60 persone più in una zona di bar, piccola cosa come covdi accade qualche anno fa dovresti solo servire l'hotel E aiutare il povero bar staff, giovane ragazza da sola, blocca camminando con 3/4 pinti non pagano e lei non può cacciarli da sola. I Ps non si sono fermati per colazione troppo costoso, io andavo, ma anche se aveva aumentato un po' il prezzo, ma ricordato che era freddo l'ultima volta che ci siamo fermati.

Il miglior hotel mai, prezzo ragionevole, grandi persone, servizi grandi, il personale è così amichevole, la colazione è anche molto gioioso.. Le camere sono così pulite, ho avuto molto tempo li.

Quando abbiamo prenotato, ci metto in una stanza di accesso disabili, cosi' ho fatto un salto all'hotel. E mi hanno cambiato subito, il personale era molto utile e la stanza era molto spaziosa.L'amore mi è stato fatto, l'unico punto di svolta è il rumore dall'esterno dai camion alti mi ha svegliato Alle 3 (nessuna colpa dell'hotel) l'hotel era sorprendente, anche se il colazione non era molto grande. Abbiamo sceso alle 7:30 e l'uovo scrambled era secco e i salsicci erano duri. Era deluso, ma tutto il resto era sorprendente.

Comfortabile ssy in questo hotel. La colazione è stato in stile buffet con pasticceria che si può avere quanto vuoi. L'uso della sauna, della stanza a vapore, della piscina e Jucuzzi ha reso il nostro soggiorno eccellente. Certamente ci andrà di nuovo quest'anno.

Servizio è stato grande, le camere sono state OK e pulite e tempestive, ma le camere potrebbero fare qualche investimento per aggiornarle ....
