Good servise and good restaurant

We can’t thank Premier Inn enough for turning a stressful situation into a truly comfortable and enjoyable overnight stay. After being unexpected mess up with a local guest house we were stranded, tired, and frustrated. Thankfully, Premier Inn came to the rescue. From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming, understanding, and genuinely kind. They quickly sorted us a room and made sure we were settled in with no fuss at all. It was exactly what we needed after such a chaotic start to the day! The room itself was spotless, quiet, and had everything we needed to unwind—comfy beda powerful shower, and a real sense of calm. We slept like logs After seeing friends. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They went above and beyond to help us, showing empathy and professionalism in a way that made a real difference to our trip. Premier Inn may not have been our original booking, but it ended up being the great part of our journey. Highly recommended—not just for the quality of the stay, but for the way they looked after us when we needed it most.

Very warm welcome and friendly, helpful staff. Room was overly warm, and they could do with air con, especially as it was in the middle of a heatwave +32c. Room temp didn't drop below +28c even during the night! There was a fan, but it just made it bearable. Restaurant was great. Lovely food in evening. Breakfast good, but choices for the continental breakfast a lot less than advertised, so glad I paid for the full English too, otherwise my son would have gone hungry. Overall a good stay.. Would return but in cooler weather!
