Hotel in zona Plaža Neptun, Dubrovnik

We went to Dubrovnik and spend a beatiful week in this apartment. Apartment was equipped with all the equipment, from the kitchen to the equipment for washing clothes, so everything was at our fingertips. The maids are very kind and we had daily cleaning every other day where they even took out the trash. The staff at the reception kindly welcomed us and after a quick check-in took us to the apartment. We would recommend this facility to everyone because it is very accommodating, luxurious and has everything you need. Not to forget that they immediately delivered a babycot for a small baby upon request.

La stanza era molto pulita e spaziale, non sembrano avere una stanza doppia, sono tutte due. La posizione è leggermente scomoda, è vero che è a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione principale di autobus, è molto lontano dalla città antica, si deve camminare 45 minuti in alto e in basso per arrivare alla città antica, alternativamente, Dovrete prendere un autobus di 15 minuti, che viene ogni 15 minuti.

Ottimo hotel nuovissimo, pulizia, gentilezza dei ragazzi alla reception, posizione con una bella passeggiata di circa un km si arriva nella old Town diversamente c'è la fermata dei bus uno ogni cinque minuti attacca all'hotel, dimensioni della stanza silenziosissima, e cosa importante per chi viaggia in auto il garage privato al coperto gratis......

Great hotel, rooms spacious. Robes and slippers provided for the pool which was clean and well serviced. We had dinner there each night, reasonable prices with good food. Head waiter was very efficient and hospitable. Concierge helpful with tours and taxis. Only a 20 min walk to old town in Dubrovnik. Beach access close by. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would go back again in a heartbeat.

L'hotel è stato rinnovato di recente e non è male, non si vede il centro storico alle spalle del centro storico. Ci vogliono più di 20 minuti per raggiungere a piedi il centro storico.

Il servizio non poteva essere migliore. L'ostello Angelina sembra avere 6 località (non conosciuto a quel tempo) e siamo arrivati al palazzo nord alle 10 pm dopo la chiusura della reception, nonostante avesse una prenotazione al pa meridionale. Tuttavia, riuscimmo a informare qualcuno, e poi ci siamo lasciati entrare e controllati correttamente, anche se eravamo in un posto sbagliato; ci erano letti liberi, quindi nonostante il nostro errore tutto era stato risolto per noi. Il ricevitore era anche fuori, ma ci ha aiutati. Grazie mille!

We stayed for two weeks from 14th September. Booked through ******* which was around £1000 cheaper than the same holiday if booking with Tui. Transfer was seamless and easy. On arrival it was awful weather (it was very unsettled for most of our stay so I’d avoid sept if returning). Lunch and dinner,,,Food is great with lots of choice. It was often cold unfortunately which I guess is inevitable with buffet. It also got a bit samey but then we were there for two weeks. Breakfast was ok, juices were awful! Tasted like either weak squash or strong squash depending on which day you got it! Fresh fruit selection wasn’t great / tasted like tinned fruit other than the melon, pancakes were good though. The bar area was strange,., no comfy seating , just plastic white chairs in rows and there wasn’t anywhere to watch the entertainment which we found a bit strange. There was a games room but it felt a bit like a doctors waiting room .. at least it had comfy chairs though. There was also another bar area with rattan furniture but this was arranged oddly , all in a square so you felt a little like you were at a meeting or something. Beach is nice albeit small. As most people mention there are a lot of stairs (and I mean a lot!), as we were on block 4 which had 95 steps to get to from reception. This meant remembering to take everything you needed with you for a day at the pool (unless you wanted extra exercise of course!). Room was nice and although we had a standard room we had a view of the sea which was good. The balcony however was not really fit for purpose. It was so small! All in all we had a great holiday and met some lovely couples (most guests were really friendly), mostly retired people with a handful of young b couples. The island was lovely to walk around and nice and peaceful too. The two Irish reps were lovely , not too pushy if you didn’t want to join activities. Staff were mostly friendly, special mention for Toni in restaurant at brekkie who always was smiley and chatty. One of the barmen was very miserable and looked unhappy all the time, not even making eye contact which was a shame. The man in reception (if you wanted to book trips etc) was actually quite rude and not at all helpful. After talking to other guests they also had the same experience. TJ however was great and really helpful :) The two lovely ladies on reception were extremely friendly and helpful too. So with a few tweaks and maybe some staff training (on customer service with a smile!) this hotel could be amazing!

I servizi e l'alloggio per i membri della American Xpress, l'aggiornamento all'arrivo, il credito per il soggiorno e l'accesso alla sala, saremmo sicuramente tornati a questo hotel ... servizi meravigliosi amichevoli da parte di tutti i membri del personale, Abbiamo ricevuto eccellenti servizi da personale di spiaggia, squadra di supporto per il parcheggio auto, personale spa per il servizio in camera e tutta la squadra di front desk sono stati super amici e supportanti ... incredibile benvenuto caldo benvenuto per i membri di AMX, Anche i ristoranti sul sito erano fantastici ... e il “tempo del tè” nel soggiorno era solo meraviglioso ... compreso il personale ....di nuovo tornavamo in un battito di cuore a questo meraviglioso gem nascoste della Croazia! La stanza era super pulita, meraviglioso sforzo per renderci felici e speciali ...Molto consigliare questo hotel ...

What a place if you are looking for some calm just outside the city this is the place for you I had wanted to stay here after seeing the pictures and it did not disappoint so peaceful located right on the water Easy to find well signposted The staff are friendly helpful and kind nothing is too much trouble The room was newly upgraded and spotless The breakfast was lovely and service fast and attentive Ignore the 3 star hotel rating read travellers reviews as we loved this hotel so much

L'hotel Sheraton Rivera è semplicemente fantastico e operato nel modo migliore possibile. Il soggiorno è stato perfetto tutto il tempo dall'iscrizione al check-in fino al check-out del nostro ultimo giorno. La struttura è molto pulita e fresca, la struttura è molto pulita e la struttura è molto pulita. Questo è il mio nuovo hotel preferito Marriott (Sheraton) e ho soggiornato in molte buone proprietà. L'hotel è semplicemente super fresco e offre un buon colazione e cena. Situazione incredibile e vicino all'aeroporto e anche vicino al centro della città di Dubrovnik (una bella gita barca) 😊👍🥂⭐️
