시설 뿐만아니라 서비스측면에도 매우 낙후된 상태로 보입니다. 특히 새벽 5시경엔 전기가 나가 깜깜한 상태에서 퇴실을 준비해야할 정도였습니다.

Overall, was very good. Not recommended for elderly couples due to stairs to higher floor accommodations.

It was cozy, quiet, clean, tiny with all we needed. Great view! Nina was very helpful with her email communications. Great place!

Great property. Location was fantastic. We were on first floor so wasn’t too bad still struggled a little with our luggage up stairs as quite snug. However a much easier option then a lot of other places. The communication with the owners was fantastic great directions. Had no issues finding the place. Would recommend

What a lovely small apartment, would recommend staying here. Close to everything in old tow Dubrovnik. No steps to climb to get to the building-only stairs to each apartment.

Beautiful and up-to-date within the Old Town walls. It is in a very quiet corner of the Old Town. Delightful. Parking a private vehicle is brutal unless you get there early in the morning or later in the evening.

Great location near Pile gate. AC was great and kept us cool in the hot temperatures. Room was small but that was expected. Communication from host was good. Difficult to get past some cleanliness factors, however. The blanket did not seem particularly clean so we opted not to use it, and there was a small blood stain on the sheets which was really disconcerting. I’m certain the sheets had been washed, and some stains don’t come out.. but I think it’s necessary to get new sheets if there is a blood stain.

I booked the Apartments Zoro because it was an apartment. Because uh-well- apartments is in-like- the name. When I got to the Apartment Zoro, it was not an apartment. It was basically a very poorly maintained small room with a hot plate (that was the kitchen part, I assume.) The shower was ice cold and I called one of the owners, who did say I could shower at their other property, but that it was otherwise booked. The other apartment was a short walk away, up some stairs, and was quite lovely. It was actually an Apartment. It had a kitchen area, the apt was light and airy, and I would have loved to stay there. The owner said I could stay one night which I did. I enjoyed the night except for the fact there are no protections against the strong sunlight which crashes through the slats like laser beams at five A.M. But the apartment is a joy, otherwise. I don't know why they don't spend a few bucks for some blackout curtains. Then that apartment would be perfect. But the room I was forced to return to for the second night needs to be gutted, renovated, and given a small refrigerator. Forget the deception of calling it an apartment/apartment studio because there is a hot plate. Calling a room with a hot plate an apartment is like calling a toy wagon a car simply because it has four wheels. That is dishonest, and this dishonestly is beneath the owners who seem to want to do the right thing.

Best location and worked really well for seeing the city. Helpful host for arranging transportation. Really enjoyed our stay. We had two apartments on two floors, gave some privacy but also allowed our family to be close.
