Hotel at the top of a hill. Quite near Gruz port but has about 300 steep steps to climb - so recommend a taxi -- 50 Kuna or Bus 15 Kuna. Clean and meets the basic requirements. Good views of the bay. Breakfast was not to our liking. Soap dispensers and the feel of holiday inn express standard. Lots of restaurants in the Gruz area much more affordable than Old town.

Dated hotel, expensive for what it was. On the mountain opposite Dubrovnik, so a long walk, bus ride or drive. Average breakfast. Good parking, free and on-site with easy access. Good view, accept for the badly maintained buildings in front.

This hotel has stunning views from many rooms and bar and restaurant. Likewise both the indoor and outdoor pools. We paid for B&B wanting to try local restaurants but decided to pay to eat in the bar late evening and restaurant last night. Bar food good but restaurant food for both breakfast and evening meal simply outstanding! The main negative was the hotel is very high above the harbour, about 500 steps down and up, down second time & taxi back the second. My wife said “Best £11 spent ever”. The staff, I saw in another review were praised as what made this hotel great, and we’d all concur with that. A hotel primary to enjoy for its fabulous views, pools, food and bar and above all staff. Avoid if intending to walk around the area and onto Dubrovnik.

Fab hotel with the most amazing views out over the harbour. Gorgeous infinity pool (also with the amazing view) with a bar just behind selling drinks, ice cream and pizzas and loaning pool towels. Quite a distance from the old town but only a 40 minute walk (downhill) and a 150kn taxi ride back for the uphill return. Worth noting that the hotel allows you to use its facilities and showers etc on your day of checkout which is a huge bonus. Only a ten minute walk from the ferry, but the entire walk is vertical up 400 steps which is no fun in the heat with luggage, so would definitely recommend a cab!

Great views and great breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of stairs to walk down ( and back again ) to the nearest shops etc but all part of the experience.

It was a superb stay. It was challenging to get there by foot but me and my boyfriend had already read and was prepared so we saw it as a daily exercise! The bed was really comfortable, the pools were not that busy when we were there. Nothing to complain, had a wonderful time there.
