Villa Peragro

We enjoyed a lovely stay as part of my 50th birthday celebrations. The apartment was easy to find, a couple of minutes walk from the number 4 bus stop from the old town. Karolina is a brilliant host, full of suggestions for what to do and the property is amazing, four apartments under the house where her family live, meaning she was always on hand to help. The location in Lapad meant the old town is a 10 minute bus ride away, but these are regular, and the port was about a twenty minute walk. The More Hotel and restaurant and cave bar are also nearby on a really picturesque part of the coast, away from the bustle of the old town, which, even in late May, was on the busy side. We cooked a couple of times, including on the high end BBQ provided communally beside the pool, which itself was beautiful and clean, and overlooking a lovely view of the surrounding hills and port. Everything in the accommodation was spot on and Dubrovnik is a bit pricey but lovely. Karolina even kindly gave me some wine for a birthday gift!

From start to finish this stay out did our expectations...when you first enter villa peragro you will be wowed..the whole villa has been finished too the highest standard, the pool area is beautiful with lovely sun loungers and 2 very comfortable egg chairs. The pool itself is brilliant and as another reviewer has mentioned the view from the pool area is stunning. We were met by karolina the owner when we arrived who showed us to our apartment we were in the yellow apartment, like the rest of the villa apartments are finished too highest standard...the kitchen has everything you could need (the only tiny downside was there was no toaster) the beds were super comfortable, the bathroom was brilliant and the AC was great and coupled with the shutters allowed us to sleep great during our 5 night stay. Karolina was amazing she gave us so much helpful information and was just a message away if you needed anything. The Location of the villa was great only a short walk down the hill to plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets...would recommend Pantarul restaurant the food was amazing we went twice during our stay. Dubrovnik old town is a short bus ride away and easily reachable...the bus only costs 2 euros as well. Overall amazing stay at this hidden gem in a great location fully recommend people stay here.

Was greeted kindly by the host Karolina and then was given loads of information on what there is to do in Dubrovnik. Karolina instantly made us feel at home and kept in touch was us during the week in case we needed anything. The villa itself is amazing, lovely pool looking over the city. The apartment itself was big, and modern and had everything we needed. The complex also has a laundry room, gym and bbq for the summers! Was just a brilliant experience.

We stayed in Villa Peragro for a week in first half of July. Fantastic, most recommended and worth the money we paid!The Villa is just as in the pictures, beautiful pool and common area with nice view over the harbour in Lapad. Also the apartment is well equipped and met our needs with air conditioning. The host Karolina gave us good tips what to do and see in Dubrovnik and helped if needed at any time. The Villa is well located with walking distance to places (about 30min to old town and 20min to Lapad beach area). Of course bus takes to old town in 5-10min. Within walking distance are also grocery shops, bakery almost round the corner and restaurants. Relaxing and quiet place to stay.

This villa is amazing! Just five very modern, proper and very, very clean apartments equipped with all you need. Wonderful, large outdoor pool! Awesome view on the mountains and the little harbor. In walking distance to Dubrovnik Old Town (20 minutes, by bus 10 minutes), Sunset Beach is just 10 minutes away. 24h-bakery just round the corner. Karolina, the owner of the villa, is the best host I've ever met :-) Totally quiet surrounding ....better than any 5-star-hotel !

Nous avons séjourné 5jours dans la Villa Peragro. L’appartement est bien agencé et possède tout le nécessaire ; avec cuisine équipé, une bonne literie et une salle bain fonctionnelle. De plus l’insonorité est très bien et on n’entend absolument pas les autres clients. Le point fort de cette villa est sa piscine, élément central de la villa, parfait pour se détendre après une journée de visite. Il est également possible de préparer des barbecues, et de manger sur la terrasse. L’appartement est idéalement place entre plage et vielle ville. Il est très facile de se déplacer en transport en commun ou par taxi. Enfin, un merci particulier à Karolina pour sa gentillesse, ses bons conseils et qui a toujours été disponible pour faciliter notre séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
