Hotel in zona Ethnographic Museum “Rupe”, Dubrovnik

Cet établissement bénéficie d’une superbe situation en bord de mer avec des chambres ayant de très belles vues directement sur la mer. L’hôtel fait partie d’un immense complexe comprenant plusieurs hôtels et locations d’appartements avec de nombreuses petites piscines et plusieurs restaurants. Les chambres sont grandes et assez confortables sans pour autant pouvoir revendiquer un caractère très luxueux. En effet, à titre d’exemple les rideaux de la chambre étaient troués et le miroir grossissant de la salle de bains est très basique sans éclairage. Le plus gros défaut de cet établissement est lié à la qualité de service qui est très, très insuffisant. Le personnel est aimable mais probablement insuffisamment formé, vous n’êtes ainsi jamais accompagné à votre table au restaurant et les hommes sont servis avant les femmes,. Ce manque de qualité de services se voit beaucoup au petit déjeuner, c’est le pire endroit existant, une usine, un très grand self service où tous les clients des différents hôtels du complexe se retrouvent tous dans la promiscuité. Là encore, personne pour vous accompagner à table ou prendre votre commande, à vous de vous débrouiller et de vous servir dans cet immense self de cantine. Terminons par les restaurants du complexe, ce sont des restaurants de midi mais il leur manque la qualité de service, une carte un peu plus élaborée et un décor plus raffiné pour pouvoir prétendre vous accueillir à dîner comme un hôtel 5 étoiles devrait le faire. A ce titre il est préférable de se rendre dans les restaurants de l’hôtel MORE, un autre 5 étoiles à 5 mn de marche qui sont de bien meilleure qualité. Le roof top de l’un des hôtels du complexe Royal reste cependant sympathique pour boire un verre en observant le coucher du soleil. Au final cette superbe situation est un peu gâchée par le manque de raffinements de l’établissement, par le service déficient et par l’usine du petit déjeuner.

Quando ho mostrato la stanza, ho chiesto se potesse essere cambiata. La vista era grigia, sopra le cucine che erano rumorose e c'era un forte odore di cibo. Abbiamo cambiato in una stanza molto migliore il giorno dopo. Il colazione era OK, ma il pasto era basilare. Il pudding era lo stesso ogni notte, tagliato il frutto, un tipo di pudding bianco o piccole piazze pasticce. In giorni veramente caldi, una scoppa di gelatina sarebbe stata perfetta. Abbiamo deciso di mangiare una sera e abbiamo chiesto se potessimo fare un pasto per pranzo. Il pranzo era molto più economico, ma non era consentito. Non c'era alcuna negoziazione che fosse cattiva, come la maggior parte degli hotel lo faranno. La bottiglia più economica di vino era 30 euro che ho pensato eccessivo. L'hotel era a pochi passi dalla spiaggia piacevole, che era molto buono per nuotare. La piscina dell'hotel era molto buona e nel settembre abbiamo sempre trovato un letto solare. Penso che devono essere un po' più immaginabili con il pasto serale per assicurare il ritorno dei clienti.

L'hotel era in una buona posizione, lontano dalla folla, ideale per famiglie con bambini come noi. La sera in cui siamo arrivati ​​abbiamo avuto un problema con l'aria condizionata e il membro del personale ha detto di essere a conoscenza del problema e che l'aria si stava riavviando e andrà bene. Beh, non è stato che sono andato a dormire e mi sono svegliato più volte sudato. La mattina ho detto al personale della reception e non ho ricevuto il vecchio ”Scusa per quello” niente per compensare, ma sono stati in grado di risolvere il problema la mattina successiva. A parte quella buona colazione molto pulita e piscina pulita e servizi igienici.

The Royal Palm is set a little outside the city alongside the coast in a complex of three other ‘royal’ hotels that provided a number of bars and restaurants to choose from throughout the day. This choice extends to the pools and gyms as well. Lovely well appointed and clean rooms. The en suite was well equipped and modern. Great sea views as well. The staff both in the restaurant and reception couldn’t have been more helpful. First time in Croatia. Lovely country, Dubrovnik city was really Beautiful. Most days busy from the cruise ships but its didn’t detract from the place.

L'hotel moderno e pulito si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla marina. La stanza era ben progettata con un letto confortevole, anche se le mutandine erano un po' sul lato morbido per me. La macchina Nespresso per un caffè nella tua stanza era un bel toccamento. Il bagno era molto pulito, con una passeggiata nel doccia, ma gli unici bagni forniti erano una bottiglia di gel di doccia sgusciata e un distributore di sapone simile al bacino della mano. Un po 'di condizionatore, o lozione sarebbe stata bello. Il pranzo è un'auto-bush, con un frutto di selezione molto vario, cereali, formaggio, carne fredda, insieme alle uova, salsicce di bacon, ecc. Sarebbe felice di rimanere di nuovo lì

La casa è simpatica, per il resto, non per tutto questo. Una stanza non in stato, non pulita per un hotel di questo standard. Inoltre, la piscina esterna era fuori servizio. In breve, il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è del tutto buono... Tuttavia, noto che il manager voleva offrirci un risarcimento.

This is a lovely hotel, clean rooms with good supply of hot water & easy to control air-con, clean pool, free pool towels and free safe (no deposit required), pleasant and welcoming staff. Great breakfast with lots of choice. The hotel kindly prepared us a packed breakfast one morning as we had booked an early trip. Also they were quite happy to provide us with an early morning call. Live music is provided several nights a week in the pool area and is good, and not overly loud. Poolside food is excellent and not too pricey. There are vending machines in the hotel so you can get cold drinks and snacks at any time, however they do appear to be a bit temperamental. I was concerned before I arrived after seeing some reports of construction work outside the hotel but in my opinion it has little impact on the hotel. The work is being carried out to the harbour road, so there is some disruption to the view of the boats and beyond from the hotel pool area. However in terms of noise, we experienced none during our stay other than a couple of lorries passing along the road. In terms of access, if you turn left outside the hotel gate, you can easily walk into the town on a well made road and footpath. If you turn right, it is rough underfoot and not suitable for high heeled shoes or pushchairs, but anyone wearing flat shoes and able-bodied is fine (but to be honest, there's little need to turn right). The buses run frequently into Old Dubrovnik (2 euros each way) and the bus stop is about a 10 mins amble up the hill on the roundabout (slightly less if you use the steps on the left after the hotel as it's a short cut). Plenty of restaurants up the hill and across the road to the pedestrian walkway to the beach. Lots of choice.

Anche se è un po' lontano dalla vecchia città, questo è un bel hotel, con un ambiente tranquillo e pulito.La costruzione dell'hotel stesso è molto complessa, ma il personale molto amichevole ti ha portato nella tua stanza. La reception ha risposto alla domanda molto amichevolmente.Raccomandazione, perché il prezzo è relativamente basso.

Veramente eccellente posizione, servizio e proprietà. Belle viste sul Adriatico. Piscine multiple da nuotare, + accesso al mare anche. Passeggiata a molti ristoranti e altre opzioni. Un veloce autobus o taxi ti mette in Old Town. Tutto perfetto!
