Hotel in zona My Safeer, Dubai

I was very concerned when I booked this hotel as the reviews were really bad but thought of taking a chance and to my surprise, it was a very comfortable stay. Though the hotel looks old, the room was very clean with all amenities provided viz, kettle, teabags, glasses, tissue box, toilet rolls, bathroom slippers, towels, soap, body wash, shampoo etc. Room service was good, the location was super convenient, very friendly staff, and even got a FOC late checkout. Avoid the lower floors as they can be quite disturbing as the noise coming from the Indian dance bar (only if it bothers you) on the ground floor is really loud, and they are open till 3 a.m. Overall experience was good, and great value for money.

L'hotel era a pochi passi dalla stazione della metropolitana Gold Souk. Era a circa 15-20 minuti a piedi dal Gold Souk. Altrimenti non c'era niente di molto interessante da esplorare nelle vicinanze. Credo che la maggior parte delle persone che hanno soggiornato qui appartengano a gruppi di turisti, quindi potrebbe essere affollata durante l'ora della colazione. Il personale della reception era cordiale. La piscina era all'ultimo piano.

Ho soggiornato di recente in questo hotel e sono rimasto colpito da quanto fosse conveniente. Nonostante il prezzo ragionevole, era comunque in un'ottima posizione, vicino a un centro commerciale, a negozi e a un supermercato aperto 24 ore su 24. Ciò ha facilitato gli spostamenti e ha fornito molta comodità agli ospiti. Il personale dell'hotel è stato cordiale e disponibile, dagli addetti al parcheggio al personale della reception. Anche la camera era abbastanza bella e pulita, il che rendeva il soggiorno confortevole. Tuttavia, c'erano parecchi turisti che soggiornavano nell'hotel e si sentiva un po' di rumore la mattina presto, il che potrebbe essere fastidioso per alcuni ospiti. This is our second time staying in this hotel when we visited Dubai. It is a home away from home. My children love the hotel. The staff are very friendly, nice, welcoming and always smiling. We noticed some changes from when we visited last year. We were impressed to see that the hotel has put diversity into consideration and have included among its staff African Americans. This inclusion of diversity meant a lot to my children and one other family we met who stayed in the hotel. In the past there was no inclusion or diversity in the staff team there but now, there are staff from most walks of life, thereby making guests feel more comfortable seeing that they are represented. Kudos to whoever effected this change. I would like to thank all the staff that made our stay very comfortable and memorable from the security guys, Kuty, Johnson, and their team, these guys got your back should you have any security concerns or forgot something in a taxi. To the front desk team, Canston, who checked us into our rooms both last year and this year. He was very friendly, nice and always smiling. To Romario the hotel manager, always smiling and never a dull moment with him, he took very good care of us. I must say that Romario stands out among Marriot hotel managers I've encountered. He was very down to earth and paid attention to details. He took care of a little problem we encountered during our stay and made it all right. Thank you very much Romario. To The breakfast team, Vanesh, Jean, the Cheff etc, who were very nice and courteous, they were always checking in with guests to see if they need/don't need anything and making sure everything was right at the breakfast buffet. We did notice some new addition to the breakfast buffet menu. The menu last year was kind of dry and same selections but this time, there were more choices and the changes was for us, a better selection, something for everyone. To the housekeeping team, Analiza and Niran, who made sure our room was well clean taken care off. We always looked forward to our room on our return from outings. Thank you Analiza for the wonderful farewell décor you made for us. Our Children loved it. These team of people at this hotel are the reason my family and I will always want to stay here every year we visit Dubai. Thank you guys for your great hospitality!.

L'hotel offre grandi strutture, tra cui una piscina ben mantenuta, che è stato un punto di rilassamento. Tuttavia, l'aspetto più impressionante è stato il servizio clienti. Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e supportivo, facendomi sentire a casa. Nonostante il mio bilancio sia molto rigoroso, mi sentivo di aver ricevuto un trattamento a cinque stelle. Number one tower hotel the location is very good and from here you get a great view of Burj Khalifa and sheikh zayed road.Front desk Staff are so helpful and they took very good care every guest stay there. Room are so speacios and well cleaned . Especially thanks to Orpa from reception for all time making my stay comfortable

I have stayed in this property in the month of February from Feb 26th to March 5th for a period of 7 nights, it was a family vacation with my parents who are senior citizens. We were welcomed by Ms.Lisa front desk executive, she immediately checked is in and the room provided was very good, comfortable and cozy, the bathroom was also functional, only issue was the drain, the sink did not drain well and shower pressure little low, this needs improvement, other than that the stay was very good, the breakfast is decent but definitely needs improvement and needs to be more organised as it gets chaotic and the breakfast needs Indian items like Dosa , etc as these days more hotels have Indian options and the eggs also can be more fluffier and made better, more variety in breakfast is needed considering this is a 4 star property, especially the bakery items needs to be freshly made, not pre sourced bakery items like croissants etc, other than that, the hotel is excellent, we witnessed smoke on our floor whereas it was a non smoking floor, we complained to housekeeping and front desk and the management said they will take notice and take care for future, overall this a excellent property and has the potential to become hot seller in days to come , MOST importantly they need to maintain consistency in service and ensure the hotel doesn’t become a smoke haven by smelly corridors and smelly floors and smoky entrances, this property needs proper care, else it will become another holiday inn festival city which is a disastrous property, the Holiday inn business bay has the potential to become the most sought after property in days to come, a special mention to ALINA, KEKA, ANDREI,NADA from the breakfast team, they provide excellent service to guests and the hotel needs this kind of employees, the house keeping team is also very good, front desk Lisa is true wonderful woman , sweet, caring and loving and she needs to be promoted to maintain this property to highest standards, definitely enjoyable and highly recommended property.
