Hotel in zona Marks and Spencer, Dubai

Our stay at the Ibis was fine. This is our 130th hotel stay this year and among our least favorite experiences. First, it is very clean, so don’t worry about that. But a clean bed and room is all you can expect. Things we didn’t enjoy: -Breakfast is a chaotic cluster. No staff were seating guests. People were sprawled out across the Ibis and adjoining Novotel. It is difficult to find staff to clean off a table or provide new cutlery. The food is fine, but the coffee is horrible. - We were told the room included tea and coffee. When we checked in we notified the front desk we had no coffee and would like some. They told us someone would bring it, but it never arrived. The same thing happened the second day. The third day we asked cleaning staff if they have coffee. They told us they were out and only had decaf. They did provide decaf, but regular coffee should have been available. -The shower is extremely slippery. The shower drain is raised to prevent hair and product from clogging it. But that means people are standing in .5” of water the entire time they are showering. The smooth tiles are extremely slippery when covered in standing water. I’m a 36 year old agile, athletic person. I fell, hitting my knee and face on the tile. There are no grippy mats to reduce slipping. There are no handles to get up from in the shower. - After falling, I asked for a hand towel to wash my face. I was told “we don’t offer hand towels on THIS SIDE of the hotel. Only the Novotel side gets hand towels.” It’s very weird to make people feel lesser than others over hand towels. 🤷♀️ Other small weird stuff: - There are ZERO outlets by the bed. You have to charge all electronics, including your phone, across the room. - The faucet barely hangs over the sink. When you wash your hands, they are against the side of the bowl, and water will run out on the counter. It’s like the designer never used the sink. - They have chosen a strange press soap bottle. It breaks off from the wall daily. -Aside from soap, no basic toiletries are provided. (no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion.) Overall, this place is cheaper than others, but it still costs too much to have this many issues.

siamo stati ad aprile in questo hotel scelto dalle recensioni. hotel pulito, avevamo una camera vista laterale ed era silenzioso nonostante la strada trafficata. difronte alla metro comodissimo per gli spostamenti. si trova a metà strada tra la marina e il centro città. Se non si vuole fare solo mare va benissimo. Noi abbiamo girato tanto e alla mattina prendevamo il taxi per andare in spiaggia perchè la metro non arriva vicino alle spiagge . I taxi non sono cari comunque. non ci è piaciuta la colazione, scadente e poca scelta. per essere un 4 stelle mi aspettavo di più sinceramente. Alla fine non abbiamo quasi mai mangiato nulla in hotel.

È andato lì per un soggiorno di una notte con la famiglia.Il processo di check-in e check-out è stato liscio.Abbiamo soggiornato in suite junior, la camera era grande con balcone. buon valore per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato.L'hotel ha 3 piscine con parco acquatico.Mio figlio l'ha goduto anche se il suo Il colazione era buono, non tante scelte, ma la sua buona.Il personale è amichevole e utile soprattutto a Zayer non è sicuro se ricordo il suo nome correttamente il suo nel ristorante Thyme.Sembra proveniente dal Vietnam o dal Mynmar.E' molto utile con la mia richiesta di tabacco e Il nostro soggiorno è buono.L'unico lato giù è se solo le piscine sono riscaldate, la temperatura controllata.È molto fredda.

Il soggiorno in hotel è stato eccellente! Abbiamo prenotato la camera tramite Trip.com e abbiamo ricevuto i biglietti gratis per lo spettacolo ”La perle”. Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per l'opzione della colazione kosher (pareve) che era piuttosto costosa ma ci ha permesso di fare una buona colazione kosher ogni giorno. Il team della colazione kosher è stato particolarmente gentile e in generale il personale dell'hotel è stato molto gentile e disponibile. La piscina è fantastica così come la sauna. I massaggi alla SPA erano troppo costosi (300 dirham per 30 min/ 500 dirham per 60 min), quindi non li abbiamo fatti. L'hotel è molto ben posizionato e vicino a quasi tutto (tutti i taxi costano circa 25-40 dirham). La camera base (la più economica) è molto grande (45m2) e molto confortevole. Ho dovuto cancellare la mia prima prenotazione tramite trip.com (e poi riprenotare) e devo dire che la cancellazione è stata facile e ho riavuto i miei soldi sulla mia carta molto velocemente. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque visiti Dubai!

I have stayed in this property in the month of February from Feb 26th to March 5th for a period of 7 nights, it was a family vacation with my parents who are senior citizens. We were welcomed by Ms.Lisa front desk executive, she immediately checked is in and the room provided was very good, comfortable and cozy, the bathroom was also functional, only issue was the drain, the sink did not drain well and shower pressure little low, this needs improvement, other than that the stay was very good, the breakfast is decent but definitely needs improvement and needs to be more organised as it gets chaotic and the breakfast needs Indian items like Dosa , etc as these days more hotels have Indian options and the eggs also can be more fluffier and made better, more variety in breakfast is needed considering this is a 4 star property, especially the bakery items needs to be freshly made, not pre sourced bakery items like croissants etc, other than that, the hotel is excellent, we witnessed smoke on our floor whereas it was a non smoking floor, we complained to housekeeping and front desk and the management said they will take notice and take care for future, overall this a excellent property and has the potential to become hot seller in days to come , MOST importantly they need to maintain consistency in service and ensure the hotel doesn’t become a smoke haven by smelly corridors and smelly floors and smoky entrances, this property needs proper care, else it will become another holiday inn festival city which is a disastrous property, the Holiday inn business bay has the potential to become the most sought after property in days to come, a special mention to ALINA, KEKA, ANDREI,NADA from the breakfast team, they provide excellent service to guests and the hotel needs this kind of employees, the house keeping team is also very good, front desk Lisa is true wonderful woman , sweet, caring and loving and she needs to be promoted to maintain this property to highest standards, definitely enjoyable and highly recommended property.

If you intend to stay at Palm Jumeirah the entire duration, the location would make sense. If you're going in and out of Palm Jumeirah, then be prepared for some traffic during peak hours or even to the point of not being able to book a taxi when you need to get out! Amenities were not replenished daily - toothbrush, razors, for example. We had to ask each day. Kinda odd for a hotel. Service crew were polite and helpful - especially at breakfast! Cafe crew was also excellent. My 11-year old went to Ripples Bar to get a scoop of vanilla ice cream one eveing and the wait staff at the Ripples Bar, told her, its a treat for little children on Christmas Day, which made her day! Kudos for that! We were hoping for a high floor - with a view but we were on the 3rd floor with a partially blocked view (we saw most of a balcony top) despite paying for a sea view.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato all'hotel Dubai Shangrila il 31 marzo 2024. La prima impressione è stata molto soddisfatta. L'hotel è ampio, luminoso e decorato con lusso!Tutte le atteggiamenti di servizio del personale sono cortesi, sinceri e attenti! La sorpresa più grande è di portare la nostra stanza ordinaria alla stanza VIP di lusso. Anche se era l'11 a.m., ci hanno portati alla stanza di vacanza del 41° piano, godere dei punti di bagno, e dare immediatamente la stanza VIP al 40° piano Riposiamoci, molto intime! Inoltre, abbiamo provato anche il famoso ristorante vietnamita all'hotel, il cibo è più di un stile, e il gusto è delizioso e la vendita è attraente! In generale, ci sono centinaia di ospiti che si ritrovano in hotel per tre giorni e due notti, e anche un po'solo sorpreso!Haha! Se avremo la prossima volta la possibilità di tornare a Dubai, sceglieremo di restare in questo hotel Shangrila!

È una bella esperienza stare all’interno di questa nave. È una nave enorme. Abbiamo ottenuto una camera molto bella, spaziosa e fresca. Il servizio è stato buono e veloce. Tuttavia, il letto è estremamente piccolo per persone di buone dimensioni. Nel complesso la nave sembrava un vecchio film horror hollywoodiano in cui tutto era abbandonato. È difficile trovare indicazioni stradali e può diventare spaventoso con pochissime persone in giro. È anche come tornare indietro nel tempo esplorando luoghi che sarebbero stati occupati da molte attività commerciali e persone. Spero che lo facciano rivivere di nuovo perché Dubai è quasi sempre piena di turisti.

È un'ottima proprietà e jusy molto amichevole richiede tempo per il check-in, altrimenti tutto bene

La posizione è eccellente, vi si trova vicino alla stazione della metropolitana e in un buon cuore della città con facile accesso alle principali attrazioni. Le camere sono molto confortevoli, offrendo un perfetto ritorno dopo un giorno di esplorazione occupato. Il valore per i soldi è eccellente, soprattutto considerando la gamma di servizi disponibili. L'hotel offre grandi strutture, tra cui una piscina ben mantenuta, che è stato un punto di rilassamento. Tuttavia, l'aspetto più impressionante è stato il servizio clienti. Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e supportivo, facendomi sentire a casa. Nonostante il mio bilancio sia molto rigoroso, mi sentivo di aver ricevuto un trattamento a cinque stelle. Se ritorno a Dubai, anche con un bilancio più grande, scelgo di rimanere in questo hotel. Questo ha contribuito in modo significativo alla mia splendida esperienza in città. Grazie per tutto!
