Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare al Ramada di recente e posso dire onestamente che è stata una delle migliori esperienze alberghiere che abbia mai avuto. Dal momento in cui sono entrato nella hall, sono stato accolto con sorrisi calorosi e un servizio eccezionale. Il check-in è stato semplice e veloce, con il personale che mi ha offerto un drink rinfrescante mentre aspettavo la chiave della mia camera.

L'hotel ha bisogno di manutenzione e sembra avere poco personale, la qualità dei prodotti da bagno e delle lozioni deve essere migliorata, l'ingresso delle camere è maleodorante e la TV deve essere sostituita.

L'app Trip mi ha sempre salvato la giornata, all'ultima occasione è sempre stata lui a coprirmi le spalle negli ultimi 3 anni

Di recente ho fatto un transito di 12 ore a Dubai e ho deciso di prenotare una camera al Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Dubai Deira per un po' di meritato riposo. Sono contento di aver fatto questa scelta! L'hotel è situato in una posizione comoda, a soli 15 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto di Dubai, il che lo rende ideale per una breve sosta. La camera era incredibilmente spaziosa e confortevole, offrendo l'ambiente perfetto per un sonno ristoratore. Dopo un lungo viaggio, ho davvero apprezzato il comfort e la tranquillità della mia sistemazione. L'esperienza complessiva è stata molto positiva, tutto era in ordine e mi sono sentito ben accudito durante il mio breve soggiorno. L'hotel è stato il posto perfetto per ricaricarmi prima di continuare i miei viaggi. Se ti trovi in ​​una situazione simile con una breve sosta, consiglio vivamente il Ramada Plaza a Deira. È una scelta eccellente per un soggiorno veloce e riposante!

This front desk staff member named Shafali is, without a doubt, the worst I have ever encountered in all my travels. When we first handed her our passports, she was flirting with a male security guard and chatting with her male colleague, showing a dismissive attitude throughout the entire interaction. There was no greeting, no polite language—she only spoke in single words like "passport" and "second passport," which came across as highly unprofessional. When we requested a second key card, she outright refused without any explanation. What made it even more frustrating was that I had clearly stated "two separate beds, please" in the special requests on Trip, but upon entering the room, we found it was a double bed. She hadn’t even bothered to confirm my request! In the end, we had to ask the housekeeping staff to convert the double bed into two single beds on the spot. After a long and tiring journey, we had to wait another 20 to 30 minutes for the housekeeping staff to make the bed, which was a complete waste of time. Since she refused to provide a second key card, we had to go back downstairs to ask a male front desk staff member for an additional one, further wasting our time. In contrast, the housekeeping staff on the sixth floor and the security guards downstairs were very friendly and provided excellent service. However, the hotel facilities are quite outdated, and there was a strong unpleasant smell near the elevator exit. The breakfast options were limited and not particularly tasty. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located near the light rail station and the airport, making it a suitable choice for travelers catching flights.

It was ok overall but delayed checking me in as I had to wait 40minZ after the check in time😳
