È venuto a trasferirsi nel febbraio 2024. L'hotel è in una buona posizione, a 500 metri a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana linea rossa 33. C'è un ristorante locale al piano terra dell'hotel. C'è un parcheggio non lontano quando giri a sinistra. Ci sono tutte le auto di lusso parcheggiate (probabilmente è il parcheggio di una compagnia di autonoleggio). Se giri a sinistra nel parcheggio parcheggio, a cento o duecento metri si vede un parcheggio, un minimarket Carrefour. Viveva in un appartamento con una camera da letto. È abbastanza pratico, ha utensili da cucina, stoviglie, ecc. Puoi acquistarlo da Carrefour e prepararti i pasti. La camera era relativamente pulita e non male.

L'hotel ha una buona posizione, proprio di fronte alla strada principale. Dispone di parcheggio sotterraneo gratuito con facile accesso tramite ascensore. Proprio sul retro, a circa 5 minuti a piedi, il supermercato Carefour è aperto 24 ore su 24, ottimo nel caso in cui tu abbia bisogno di spuntini, bevande ecc. (A cui sono arrivato di notte posso ancora comprare cose). Appartamento completamente attrezzato con cucina (ma non fornisce sapone e spugna), lavatrice senza asciugatrice ma con stendino.

In effetti, ciò che mi ha sorpreso di più di questo negozio è stato il servizio. Anche se ho riscontrato alcuni problemi minori, il personale si è scusato e ha aiutato a risolverli. È davvero il primo cliente.

Conosco molto bene questo posto per esserci andato tante volte. E' comodo perché centrale, vicino al Mall of Emirates ed alla metropolitana. Le stanze sono pulite e comode, il personale molto efficiente e servizievole. Ringrazio soprattutto Dilushika, per l'aiuto ricevuto nella prenotazione e nella gestione del soggiorno.

Si trova nella nuova Dubai (meno affollata). La struttura è gestita bene, servizio clienti cordiale, posizione pulita e fantastica. A 10 minuti a piedi dal Mall of Emirates e dai numerosi ristoranti nei dintorni e a pochi passi da 2 stazioni ferroviarie. Ottimo posto dove stare se ami guardare le auto veloci e di lusso sfrecciare su Sheik Zyed Road e il parcheggio vicino pieno di Rolls Royce, Bentely, Ferrari, Corvete, Lamborgini (Foto Op)

Hotel e personale fantastici. Ti fa sentire a casa e per niente a disagio. Praveen e Dilushika sono solo stelle e anche Aarthi alla reception è fantastica. Sempre disponibile e gentile è ciò che rende un hotel una casa. La camera era fantastica e semplicemente molto accogliente

Questo è il mio terzo soggiorno all'Auris Boutique Apartments ed è sempre la mia prima scelta a Dubai. Troverai la gentilezza del personale, ottimi appartamenti con aria condizionata, letti comodi con scelta di cuscini. Inoltre nell'hotel c'è un bar e un ristorante dove è possibile acquistare anche l'acqua. A due passi dal Mall Of Emirates e dalla metropolitana, ottiene sempre la mia migliore preferenza. Tornerò di nuovo la prossima volta.

I recently stayed at Auris Boutique Hotel Apartment in Dubai and had a wonderful experience. The location is ideal, close to major attractions and public transport. The apartment was modern, spacious, and well-equipped with a comfortable bed and a handy kitchenette. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering stunning city views. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall value for money was excellent. While there's no on-site restaurant, plenty of dining options are nearby. I highly recommend it for a comfortable and convenient stay in Dubai!

Amazing location and services, with super nice collaborative staff. The gym and pool are always clean, the view on Burj Al Arab and Mall of The Emirates is fabulous, and the local restaurant has a menu with wide range of options and available 24/7.

Spacious apartment with all facilities. Good for long stays. Very close to the metro and bus station. Just next to the Mall of Emirates. There's a gym and swimming pool as well. The staff are very nice and friendly. I'll come back soon with my family.

We spent two months at this apartment hotel, and it had everything we could possibly need, including a gym, a pool, and housekeeping services. The staff was absolutely wonderful and always available, helpful, and friendly. The reception staff was very attentive and thorough, especially Ms. Dilu, who was very gracious, kind, and always had a sweet smile on her face. The room manager, Thajul, was always ready to assist us with anything we needed. He was also very kind, had an infectious smile, and was a hard worker.
