Landmark Premier Hotel is located in a great spot, and the hotel itself is amazing. The room was clean, and the overall facilities were impressive. However, there are some areas where the staff could improve. My personal experience with the staff was not up to my expectations. At the reception, I was told that visitors were not allowed to enter the room I had paid for. This rule seemed quite strange to me, as I could not find anything about it on the hotel’s website. When I asked the receptionist if this was a law enforced by the UAE government, the response was unclear and did not provide a satisfactory answer. This left me confused, so I went to a nearby hotel to inquire if they had similar rules. They informed me that they did not have any such policy. Be aware of this before you book…..

Nice and cooperative friendly staff , Great location many shops and facilities nearby , clean rooms , close to Riqqa Metro station , good value of money

It was a good propousel in a good location near the metro station. Very pleasant stuff.

Due to airport being closed could not reach hotel and requested for cancellation which was refused upfront

Hotel Room was smelling bad, including bed Very tiny rooms, TV was having issue which was solved on request Lift lobbies were not well maintained

The only issues I have with this hotel are the internet connection. Maybe it was just my room (501) that had a very poor internet access. Signal is very weak and nothing was done about it even after I complained many times. They said my room would be changed but they never did. The technician who came to check displayed a behavior which felt like they’re doing me a favor providing the weak internet. And the door for this particular room has a problem cuz every time I return to the room it took me 10+ minutes to try opening the door and sometimes I have to go to the reception to call somebody. Also, they need to provide extra sockets or extension board cuz there’s only one that is free to use. All others are occupied by tv and other appliances so it’s hard to charge phone. The tv in the room never turned on. Either than these things I’ve mentioned, everything is okay.
