Mi è piaciuto il posto con il mio amico. Stavamo nell'appartamento con una camera da letto. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. Ma le camere non sono pulite, così come il divano e la cucina. Ma abbiamo dovuto fare delle pulizie extra e le abbiamo controllate e hanno fatto bene. La piscina è grande. Non c'è un'area di lavoro, internet normale. Molto vicino alla metropolitana, 7 minuti a piedi, ottima posizione, molti bar economici, supermercati nelle vicinanze. Il nostro preferito è grangiose

Era la nostra prima esperienza con Trip.com e temevamo davvero che la mia prenotazione potesse andare storta, con mia sorpresa tutto è andato benissimo in hotel, ci hanno assegnato un upgrade alla camera in una grande suite con 2 bagni, una zona cucina separata e un grande soggiorno/sala da pranzo camera e 2 TV nella suite. L'atmosfera dell'hotel è un po' vecchio stile ma va bene dato che eravamo in viaggio d'affari. L'hotel è a 200 metri dalla stazione della metropolitana, molto comodo. La nostra camera era perfettamente isolata e lontana dalla strada, il letto e il materasso erano molto comodi, la dimensione della stanza è buona. Nell’armadio troverai il ferro da stiro e il suo supporto, una cassaforte, una bilancia pesapersone… Cucina completamente attrezzata con forno a microonde, frigorifero, lavatrice, piano cottura, cappa, utensili da cucina... Anche le cose erano amichevoli. Molti ristoranti e mini market intorno all'hotel. Un posto consigliato in cui soggiornare a Dubai

Location is very near to the train station and the vicinity is filled with good food, supermarket and perfect Karak Chai! Room are always clean, Netflix available, dryer rack too. Parking is easy and seamless! I miss this hotel when moving to the next one!

well situated and close to almost everything you need. Especially the metro 🚇 station. Polite and helpful staff to assist you with everything.

The hotel is very well maintained and is at a super convenient location. The metro station is just 5 minutes walk and the rooms are exactly like shown in the pictures.

They don't clean the kitchen properly. No cleaning the dishes during stay

This is the best hotel apartment.we travel as a family both for a Bussiness and recreation everything was so cool inside the room there is everything you need from cooking supplies to washing machine everything! The front desk and every staff we met including the lifeguard in the pool side are so awesome friendly and down to earth a very welcoming ! our stay in this hotel is great it’s very near from metro station 10 minute walk from mall of emirates there shops ,super markets and affordable restaurants around we stayed for 23 days thanks Al Koory 💗

the hotel is not new, it is clear that repairs are needed, but the price / quality is very good, for such a price in such an area it is difficult to find a better one, the room is not small, clean, the location is good, there are many places to eat nearby, the staff is friendly, will help with any question, the food is good, everything is good, I liked everything

I stayed at Al Khoory Hotel apartments for the second time. Almost 3 weeks. The location is more than suitable for me Nice running track at AL Barsha Park nearby, lots of grocery stores and medium priced restaurants. Hotel provides free parking place in the garage.They have nice roomservice and very responsive receptionists and managers. But this year my stay was stay was ruined by the cockroaches. In the beginning I stayed in 2 bedroom apartment on the 6th floor. I saw cockroaches 3 times: in the kitchen, in the bathroom,  in the living room. After the 3rd time the manager changed my room for the new one on the 7th floor. Unfortunately,  I saw a cockroach again. After that they send a pest control team to my room. This guyes put a anti-insect spray or a gel in the kitchen and bathroom and the smell didn't go away till the end of my stay. They also left a can of spay at the kitchen table. It was awful! I stayed with the child. The hotel assured me that the problem was gone. They also agreed to cancel my future booking. In the night before the check out I saw a cockroach for the 5th time. Made a complaint. The manager was sorry and told me: next time you come and stay with us there will not be any cockroaches. But I will not stay again.

This is a terrible place. The staff are very inconsiderate and unhelpful. The breakfast is poorly made and stored below temperatures. Visitors are not allowed in the property only for guest to see their friends and visitors in the lobby only. I ended up sleeping somewhere else. The property is Arabic friendly. If you’re a foreigner or a tourist, avoid this property at all cost.
