La scelta migliore quando vieni a Dubai, vista fantastica, puoi vedere direttamente il Burj Khalifa. La cosa più suggestiva è la piscina all'ultimo piano Sdraiarsi sulla sdraio al tramonto è comodissimo!

衝著30F的無邊泳池訂了the lana,泳池的體驗不錯,日落和夜景都很好看,但是入住了2晚的體驗很差,我們預訂了2間房,都存在或多或少的住了這麼多酒店從未遇到過的問題: 1.第一天入住一進門,茶几上赫然放着一瓶喝過且僅剩一半的水,這讓我很懷疑housekeeping的細緻程度 2.馬桶是最傳統的那種,且上面有非常明顯的多段無法擦除的尿漬or不知道什麼漬,有圖慎點,這是近7k一晚的房間應該有的馬桶嗎? 3.入住後第一次洗澡時發現沐浴露是空的,兩個房間都是……我是一點都摁不出來,最後勉強用洗髮水洗了澡…這不應該是打掃時最基本的需要檢查的東西嗎? 4.來阿聯酋好多天了,突然饞奶茶了,點了個奶茶外賣,因為第一次用杜拜的外賣軟件,特意寫了就送到前台,我早早得就在大堂門口等着。結果外賣員告訴我他不被允許靠近大堂,被引導去了地下室,説有酒店服務員會送至我的房間,我便告知了他我的房間號,OK到這也還算可以理解。 但左等右等也沒送來,又去問前台,才告訴我酒店服務員從地下室把外賣送到我的房間要收150迪的費用(約300元人民幣),我????我4杯奶茶的外賣從Dubai mall送過來也才0.23迪配送費!於是我要求我自己去取,他們才勉強給我從地下室拿到了前台,並且很嚴肅得告訴我這次可以不收費,還有下次的話一定會收取費用… 這服務真的很難評,在這個價位的,甚至所有價位的酒店裡都聞所未聞,是我不配住在這高貴的the lana了 5.陽台上的煙灰缸裏、桌子上都是煙灰,一打開陽台門就能聞見煙味 6.晚上睡前開空調發現空調聲音巨大,年久失修的那種聲音 第一次寫這麼長的酒店差評,對衞生和服務都不滿意,是一次失敗的杜拜酒店體驗。 本來很後悔沒有在第一次發現問題時就要求換房間,一是懶得收拾已經攤開的行李,二是入住那晚比較晚了挺累的,但一想到兩間房間都存在或多或少的問題,又有什麼好換的呢,換酒店才是良策吧

我覺得飯店的服務很好 在等check in的時候有免費的飲料可以點 坐在戶外非常的chill 但因為跨年的時候太吵了,隔音沒有很好 跟飯店反應了之後 他們幫我們換去高樓層 我覺得服務態度非常好 整體的設備也都很新,而且是用Dyson的吹風機 女生吹頭髮就不用吹那麼久了 30樓的無邊際泳池拍照超漂亮

跟老公出來旅行 紀念日這次預訂了6個晚上 92平米的套房 (沒選包含早餐)附近很多好吃的!!!預訂前請一定要仔細確認檢查自己的訂單!!提前跟攜程確認好! 酒店入住真實感受 先説缺點 辦事效率很慢 當天到達酒店後等了2個半小時 讓他們備房間 還不是我預訂的那種 好了也不跟我們説 説是沒找到我們 全程就在一樓cafe裏面坐着 心累😩導致一開始出行的體驗感很差 給了房卡後也沒有告知房間裏minibar是否收費 以前訂的套房基本都包含minibar 或者有個lounge 可以去吃點點心什麼的 這裏第三天才問了來房間打掃的服務員 他們説可以送水 床頭的水是免費的 但minibar要收費 主打一個你不問我不説 並且裏面有的水品牌也有重複的 個人也不是很懂為什麼這樣操作辦理入住只有要刷我卡後面收按金 感覺他們挺迅速的 後面全都要催… 真的超級無敵慢! 一開始給我的房間 還房型不一樣 我們下樓聯繫酒店他們説那這個套房就是有不同的房型 就那樣的 回答的讓我也是很無語啊 因為我預訂的時候就衹看圖片網頁 紀念日入住當天只有送一個小蛋糕很多酒店會送香檳加甜品或者水果 這裡是我看到最差的… 旁邊也沒有卡片名字等等 其實送了也不會喝 但他們也沒有這個動作😃 再來説個關於房間預訂的問題 (本身預訂的房間是包含化粧台的 但實際入住沒有化粧台 浴缸不同 房型等等都不一樣 廁所不夠大 當天聯繫了攜程晚上給我們更換了房間)(攜程標註一張超大床 一張大床 我跟客服確認過房間內是否有2張床 的到了肯定的答覆 但入住後其實就是一張可以加床 這點我感覺挺奇怪的…就是我以為他們兩張床肯定至少有兩個卧室 … but……… 不過我們其實本身只有兩個人 也沒關係了😑 酒店拍照有很多拘束 樓上也是要收費的 才能過去 並且 這個酒店部分服務員 衹跟外國人當地人haveagoonight 就是同在一個電梯裏 非常差別對待了!是覺得我們聽不懂嗎? 就是感覺雖然你住在很好的酒店但並沒有被很好的對待… 房間內ipad超級不方便 反應慢 巨卡 沒有自動沖水馬桶 這個酒店廁所紙餐巾紙都非常薄 洗髮露護髮素建議自己買 特別是他們的護髮素 感覺完全沒有護髮功能 優點: 打掃房間很認真 很乾凈 會給整理衣物化粧品 梳粧台整理的超級好 這點真的沒話説💯 客房叫餐感覺很好吃出行也還算方便! diorspa 我選擇了stone therapy 感覺手法還是不錯的 但是臉真的火辣辣的 身體非常舒服 體驗一次就可以了 😌兩人的按摩房型很難預訂 單人的提前一天就可以 沒有網上説的那麼難

酒店的位置和硬件設施一流,但服務暫時還跟不上硬件設施,以這個價格來説有點物不所值,提前三天送的衣服乾洗,催了很多次直到快退房才送過來,房間打掃也不及時,服務人員的整體水平培訓不到位,退房後行李找了很多人才找到行李,而且陽台外工地施工噪音特別大

lana酒店的房間裝修以及30樓的泳池露台非常漂亮和出片,直擊哈利法塔,可以説瑞吉酒店泳池是直觀棕櫚島,lana泳池就是直觀哈利法塔!阿聯酋🇦🇪這邊的酒店基本都是下午15:00辦理入住,酒店也有提前準備迎賓水果,提供的礦泉水口感也非常好,很推薦!

這家跟One&Only One‘Zabeel一樣都是今年新開的城市酒店,定位差不多,所以可以拿來比較一下。首先,房間上,這家有陽台,可以不出門看着天際線躺平擺爛,這是一個很大的加分項,而OOOZ沒有。其次,這家的泳池個人認為要比OOOZ要好一些,因為一方面離天際線更近,另一方面也有更多的觀景角度,極其適合躺平。不過這家泳池不允許攝像機入內,但OOOZ則沒有這個規定。另外,泳池邊的員工問我們要喝什麼,我們點了兩杯橙汁,但員工並沒有提醒我們要收費,走之前一看bill兩杯要90迪拉姆😨所以對提供的任何東西千萬要先問清楚是否免費。早餐叫了in-room dining, 255迪拉姆的lana breakfast 兩個人也能吃飽,但就性價比來看不大推薦。公區方面,這家豐富程度要不如OOOZ,不過公區對於城市酒店也沒那麼重要。總的來説,這是一次令人滿意的入住。
