The worst experience I went out and when I returned, they did not clean the room, no water or sugar was added, the TV did not work, and the room phone. When I tried to call the reception, I found an error message in the connection. I called via my phone and asked for room service to move the luggage. I waited for them for half an hour. It is impossible to repeat the experience I will delete the application now

I returned to EstayHotel for another stay, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The convenient location, excellent facilities, and friendly service made my visit enjoyable and hassle-free. It’s definitely a place I would choose again for future trips.

I booked for two people with breakfast. And they didn't have breakfast. When I complained they are not ready to compensate for this issue as well. Very poor service

We stayed at Estay for a long time and the staff are great. Mustafa, Phyo, Ashitha, Sarath, Om, and Anthony (from breakfast area). The room is clean and the facilities are nice. -Q & Key

I booked double bed, they give me two small single bed. You can’t chang your room. It hasn’t any restaurant near here. If you booked on app. They will ask you for 10 aed extra.even you order food on app it will be waiting for long time.

Just wrapping up a weekend here. Im a bit disappointed with the service as there was a party with food buffet and Karaoke right next to my room in the commons area on the 3rd floor. Initially, around 8pm, when I called down to reception to ask when the party would end they told me it would be about 20 minutes and they offered me to change rooms. Not to UPGRADE a room. No. They wanted me to pack all of me and my girlfriends belongings and change to another room...and then unpack again. As if thats not an inconvenience. They also said that the party would end in 20 minutes...That didnt happen and it seemed as if the party, even though they were asked to keep quiet, didnt care at all. Come to find out these people partying had booked 10 rooms here and felt that they owned the place. Judging by how things were handled tonight it definitely looked like they did. Estay Inn is located within a LARGE campus. There are different areas for sporting activities, lounges, eating and shopping. But this Sunday night, EStay though it would be okay to for their patrons to have a private party in the commons area... Doesnt make much sense. Typically i'd give these guys 5 stars for their facilities and service. But tonight, as the party rages on, Estay needs to figure out a different area on campus for fiestas and/or figure out how to service the people who weren't invited and have to deal with the noise.
