Hotel vicini a Dhow Wharfage a Dubai

I like the design of the two bedroom suite. Very clean and comfy specially the pillow which is very fluffy and huggable. Everything is new and high tech. Me and my friends really enjoy our staycation. Bravo to all the staff and management of the hotel.

Questo hotel non prepara nemmeno gli asciugamani da bagno più basilari! Abbiamo chiamato quattro volte e aspettato dalle 12 alle 2. Gli asciugamani da bagno non vengono consegnati da molto tempo! Infine, comunica con il servizio clienti di Ctrip Hotel! È stato consegnato verso le 3... l'addetto alle pulizie che ha pulito la stanza il giorno dopo era alla porta! Ho anche chiesto espressamente di non dimenticare di portare gli asciugamani da bagno oggi! Il risultato non è ancora...

Tutto andava bene in questo posto. È vicino alla metropolitana e ci sono molti buoni ristoranti e supermercati nelle vicinanze. È un posto affollato pieno di più nazionalità, la cosa che troverai solo a Dubai. Il servizio dell'hotel e della signora che lavora alla reception è molto professionale e buono. La pulizia è quasi perfetta. Spero che aggiustino la loro aria condizionata perché faceva molto caldo.

L’ hotel moderno e molto bello ha un servizio pessimo da tre stelle . In stanza mancano asciugamani, bicchieri, accappatoi, caffe’ e tisane Bisogna chiamare continuamente il guest service. Non ne parliamo poi del servizio piscina : i 2 safe guards antipaticissimi e maleducati. Vanno a simpatia , a me hanno lasciato su una sedia 8 volte su dieci. Ottimo invece il servizio salt and pepper ( colAzione e cena) e al Morgan pub dove sono tutti fantastici. Sconsigliato anche per la posizione : i taxi per tre in tempi di coronavirus sono rari e bisogna armarsi di tanta pazienza.

È stato un buon soggiorno, le camere dell'hotel erano buone ma abbiamo preso una stanza al primo piano e c'era un club proprio sotto la nostra stanza, quindi i rumori hanno disturbato il nostro sonno.

Ha vissuto per quattro giorni durante l'epidemia. La camera è piccola ma molto confortevole, con un buon letto e molto silenziosa. Grande scrivania più punti. La colazione è ok. L'hotel ha una porta che conduce direttamente al centro commerciale e puoi facilmente raggiungere la stazione della metropolitana seguendo le indicazioni. Sono arrivato in hotel alle 7 del mattino e ho fatto il check-in dopo le 8, il che è stato fantastico. Si consiglia di recarsi in hotel durante le ore lavorative non commerciali. La porta dell'hotel è nel parcheggio. È difficile da trovare per la prima volta.

Come la maggior parte di Dubai, questo hotel è molto bello e molto moderno, ha anche etichettati con lampade, che non avevo mai visto prima. Siamo rimasti solo una notte, quindi non abbiamo passato molto tempo a esplorare l'intero hotel. Il personale ci ha aiutato a prendere un taxi per il soq d'oro e spezie proprio sotto il cimitero di Dubai. Tuttavia, siamo tornati all'hotel circa 10:00 e già in ottobre era 102 gradi!

the worst hotel I've ever been to, my friend and I only paid for one night because we left the next day, we went to the room it smelled moldy and damp, after that I went down to the reception to wait for a taxi and the girl at the reception came to me in the rudest way to tell me hey you can't have male visitors, and I say ok in the end she is assuming that I am waiting for someone just by sitting there, I left when I returned at night with my friend the security man left behind us as if we were thieves asking where we were going we told him to our room and he said show me your card and identification to check that they are here, they had never done that to me in another hotel in dubai, there was never hot water we asked for an iron for our clothes and It took them an hour to get it! I decided to leave and I didn't even sleep there I went to the nearest hotel! horrible this hotel 💩💩💩

This is our second time staying in this hotel when we visited Dubai. It is a home away from home. My children love the hotel. The staff are very friendly, nice, welcoming and always smiling. We noticed some changes from when we visited last year. We were impressed to see that the hotel has put diversity into consideration and have included among its staff African Americans. This inclusion of diversity meant a lot to my children and one other family we met who stayed in the hotel. In the past there was no inclusion or diversity in the staff team there but now, there are staff from most walks of life, thereby making guests feel more comfortable seeing that they are represented. Kudos to whoever effected this change. I would like to thank all the staff that made our stay very comfortable and memorable from the security guys, Kuty, Johnson, and their team, these guys got your back should you have any security concerns or forgot something in a taxi. To the front desk team, Canston, who checked us into our rooms both last year and this year. He was very friendly, nice and always smiling. To Romario the hotel manager, always smiling and never a dull moment with him, he took very good care of us. I must say that Romario stands out among Marriot hotel managers I've encountered. He was very down to earth and paid attention to details. He took care of a little problem we encountered during our stay and made it all right. Thank you very much Romario. To The breakfast team, Vanesh, Jean, the Cheff etc, who were very nice and courteous, they were always checking in with guests to see if they need/don't need anything and making sure everything was right at the breakfast buffet. We did notice some new addition to the breakfast buffet menu. The menu last year was kind of dry and same selections but this time, there were more choices and the changes was for us, a better selection, something for everyone. To the housekeeping team, Analiza and Niran, who made sure our room was well clean taken care off. We always looked forward to our room on our return from outings. Thank you Analiza for the wonderful farewell décor you made for us. Our Children loved it. These team of people at this hotel are the reason my family and I will always want to stay here every year we visit Dubai. Thank you guys for your great hospitality!.

Mi è piaciuto molto il mio soggiorno. Tutto era intatto. Hanno davvero reso il compleanno di mia moglie straordinario. Raccomanderò sempre il centro di Ibis Diera a tutti.
