Hotel non proprio moderno ma funzionale.
📍 LOCATION (8/10):
A 10 minuti dalla metro, comoda per visitare tutta la città. Inoltre troverete quasi sempre un taxi fuori ad attendere. Occhio a non prendere i taxi fasulli! Nei dintorni trovate un comodo carrefour, e vicino anche ristoranti e posti per colazione, basta girare anche l’angolo. La camera, come tutta la struttura, era un pò datata; capiente e pulizia ok. Mini frigo e acqua gratuita sempre disponibile. Bagno un pò piccolo con doccia. Kit cortesia non presente ma disponibili ricariche di shampo/doccia. La nostra camera aveva una finestra con vista interna. Silenziosa. Wi-Fi funzionante, velocità ok.

siamo stati ad aprile in questo hotel scelto dalle recensioni. hotel pulito, avevamo una camera vista laterale ed era silenzioso nonostante la strada trafficata. difronte alla metro comodissimo per gli spostamenti. si trova a metà strada tra la marina e il centro città. Se non si vuole fare solo mare va benissimo. Noi abbiamo girato tanto e alla mattina prendevamo il taxi per andare in spiaggia perchè la metro non arriva vicino alle spiagge . I taxi non sono cari comunque. non ci è piaciuta la colazione, scadente e poca scelta. per essere un 4 stelle mi aspettavo di più sinceramente. Alla fine non abbiamo quasi mai mangiato nulla in hotel.

È andato lì per un soggiorno di una notte con la famiglia.Il processo di check-in e check-out è stato liscio.Abbiamo soggiornato in suite junior, la camera era grande con balcone. buon valore per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato.L'hotel ha 3 piscine con parco acquatico.Mio figlio l'ha goduto anche se il suo Il colazione era buono, non tante scelte, ma la sua buona.Il personale è amichevole e utile soprattutto a Zayer non è sicuro se ricordo il suo nome correttamente il suo nel ristorante Thyme.Sembra proveniente dal Vietnam o dal Mynmar.E' molto utile con la mia richiesta di tabacco e Il nostro soggiorno è buono.L'unico lato giù è se solo le piscine sono riscaldate, la temperatura controllata.È molto fredda.

Il soggiorno in hotel è stato eccellente!
Abbiamo prenotato la camera tramite Trip.com e abbiamo ricevuto i biglietti gratis per lo spettacolo ”La perle”.
Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per l'opzione della colazione kosher (pareve) che era piuttosto costosa ma ci ha permesso di fare una buona colazione kosher ogni giorno. Il team della colazione kosher è stato particolarmente gentile e in generale il personale dell'hotel è stato molto gentile e disponibile.
La piscina è fantastica così come la sauna. I massaggi alla SPA erano troppo costosi (300 dirham per 30 min/ 500 dirham per 60 min), quindi non li abbiamo fatti.
L'hotel è molto ben posizionato e vicino a quasi tutto (tutti i taxi costano circa 25-40 dirham).
La camera base (la più economica) è molto grande (45m2) e molto confortevole.
Ho dovuto cancellare la mia prima prenotazione tramite trip.com (e poi riprenotare) e devo dire che la cancellazione è stata facile e ho riavuto i miei soldi sulla mia carta molto velocemente.
Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque visiti Dubai!

È una bella esperienza stare all’interno di questa nave. È una nave enorme. Abbiamo ottenuto una camera molto bella, spaziosa e fresca. Il servizio è stato buono e veloce. Tuttavia, il letto è estremamente piccolo per persone di buone dimensioni. Nel complesso la nave sembrava un vecchio film horror hollywoodiano in cui tutto era abbandonato. È difficile trovare indicazioni stradali e può diventare spaventoso con pochissime persone in giro. È anche come tornare indietro nel tempo esplorando luoghi che sarebbero stati occupati da molte attività commerciali e persone. Spero che lo facciano rivivere di nuovo perché Dubai è quasi sempre piena di turisti.

Recentemente sono rimasto in questo hotel a Dubai, ed è stata una fantastica esperienza. La posizione è eccellente, vi si trova vicino alla stazione della metropolitana e in un buon cuore della città con facile accesso alle principali attrazioni. Le camere sono molto confortevoli, offrendo un perfetto ritorno dopo un giorno di esplorazione occupato. Il valore per i soldi è eccellente, soprattutto considerando la gamma di servizi disponibili.
L'hotel offre grandi strutture, tra cui una piscina ben mantenuta, che è stato un punto di rilassamento. Tuttavia, l'aspetto più impressionante è stato il servizio clienti. Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e supportivo, facendomi sentire a casa. Nonostante il mio bilancio sia molto rigoroso, mi sentivo di aver ricevuto un trattamento a cinque stelle.

Il mio 9° soggiorno qui è confortevole come il primo. Il personale è molto efficiente e cooperativo. Grazie all'esperto di manutenzione della casa Than che si è assicurato di aggiungere luminosità e colore con bellissimo capolavoro con zero compromesso sulla pulizia. La ricchezza del dolce è stata fantastica. Il caldo senso di benvenuto da tutti lo fa sentire come una seconda casa. La posizione è eccellente con le migliori viste di corniche da ogni camera. L'hotel è nuovo e la manutenzione è buona.

UUtente ospiteHa un'ottima reputazione, ma fa anche sì che le persone abbiano aspettative più elevate; forse ci sono troppi turisti e persone ricche a Dubai, quindi se non sei un membro Marriott di alto livello, la tua esperienza di soggiorno sarà nella media. Si consiglia, se si desidera ordinarne uno dello stesso livello, di confrontarlo nuovamente.
Ambiente: Il cancello si trova sulla strada secondaria del cavalcavia. La strada è stretta e ci sono molte macchine. Durante i tre giorni di permanenza in hotel si è verificato praticamente un ingorgo al cancello. È a più di 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana. Se vuoi viaggiare in metropolitana, potresti considerare se è opportuno raggiungere a piedi la stazione della metropolitana in dieci minuti quando la temperatura è superiore a 30 gradi.
Servizio: La colazione è famosa per essere ampia e abbondante, ma ci sono anche molte persone che fanno colazione. Se fate troppo la fila, il cameriere vi consiglierà di cenare al 6° piano dell'edificio B. I piatti sono simili, ma lo spazio è più piccolo. Se puoi aspettare, sarebbe meglio fare colazione in cucina6!
Servizi: la maggior parte dei servizi nella stanza sono quadrati. Il bagno mi fa male alle cosce dopo essere rimasto seduto per molto tempo. Il bollitore ha delle incrostazioni, quindi è inutile.

IIpek EmilyMy husband and I had our first holiday as a family of three with our 7 month old baby at Voco Dubai The Palm Hotel. We chose this hotel as it had a private beach (we didn’t want to spend time travelling to a beach each day), was located away from the chaos of Dubai, offered a king size bed (I cosleep with my baby), and there was an option for including breakfast (again did not want to spend time searching for or travelling to a breakfast location with a baby). Compared to other surrounding hotels, it is a relatively small and new hotel. However, this only enhanced our positive experience as it added a more personal touch. The valets (sorry I didn’t catch their names!) took our car down to the car park while other members of staff took our luggage to our room. Diana at the front desk was the first team member we met inside and made us feel very welcome. Our room was very spacious and clean. Thank you to Arun Gawam from Housekeeping! We enjoyed our coffee pods and Biscoff biscuits provided after each thorough clean. Some reviews mentioned noise but we only heard some drilling upstairs during the day and some music outside on Friday and Saturday night. Neither of these bothered us or our baby. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had plenty of choice with some of the options changing on each day so we had some variety. The welcoming, dynamic staff knew our tea and coffee orders from day one and always greeted us with smiles. We were asked daily if we wanted our eggs cooked in a certain way. This was great because our baby is just getting started on solids. Our baby girl loved seeing all the hardworking, smiley members of staff waving at her every morning. I would particularly like to thank Rojean, Rashmi and Aldrin as well as Fasha, Shiela, Juliet, Dioseth, Anu, Marion, Fhaizan, Amin, Chef Prabin, Chef James, Chef Anyu, Ariz, Sun and Puja. The private beach was a highlight of our holiday. We loved the easy and quick access to the beach with bottles of water and beach towels provided upon arrival. The cabanas were great for privacy as I had to breastfeed my baby on the beach. The WiFi was hit and miss on the beach but I guess that helped us relax more. Thank you to Bidan, Chamodi and Roni for taking care of us there! The only downside for me was the lack of power socket to plug the hairdryer in the bathroom or next to the mirror in front of the bathroom or by the mirror in front of the desk. We had to plug the hairdryer in the socket by the bed and therefore had to dry our hair on the bed, which wasn’t a major issue, just an inconvenience and a little loud right next to our baby. Overall, it was a great holiday experience thanks to each and every member of staff!

KKenneth RonaldThis was my first stay at this hotel since it was rebranded, however I have stayed over 60 nights in the past 8 years when it was a Hilton branded hotel. The ownership of the hotel hasn't changed, just the branding.
So, with all that said, all I can really do is compare it to the hotel it used to be. The hotel closed for like 6 months last year and did some renovations, reopening as the Golden Sands Hotel Creek. Still a great location near the airport (DXB) but far enough out of the flight path that aircraft noise isn't really an issue. The hotel is now alcohol free.
The main renovation I noticed was all new carpeting throughout and a new pool deck on the top floor. The carpet color scheme is a bit odd, with lots of light colors that already are showing stains and marks. It is a DEFINITE improvement from the old carpet which was very dated. The lobby is nice and sparkly but I always recall it was that way. The rooms were exactly the same with reupholstered furniture (still the same chrome framing and styling) and the glass top desk, wood style cabinets and black tile bathroom.
I was on the 8th floor in a ”Creek View” room (yes, I could ”see” the creek) but what I really saw was the huge LED info sign on the Chamber of Commerce building that I think might be new since I last stayed in April 2021. It was really an annoyance and reminded me more of Las Vegas than Dubai. The bed was comfortable but I'm unsure if it has been replaced.
Other things I noticed: bathroom sinks still drain slow; there is no way you can take a shower without partially flooding the bathroom floor; I think they removed a phone; they moved the Qibla compass from the glass desktop to the ceiling. Looks like they removed the sheer curtains and perhaps have replaced the blackout curtains.
What has really changed was the pricing. I paid almost double per night from what I paid in the past,
Check in was the same, always a bit slow. Since I booked through a travel site who required prepayment, all I had to pay for was the nightly some-sort-of-tax-or-fee which I was aware of. They didn't ask for nor perform a charge on my credit card so I could charge things to my room, which I found out the next night when room service ask for payment. I went the front desk the next morning and made the arrangement but somehow room service never could see that it was done so I had to pay at the time of food delivery.
I thought I was told at check in that rooms would be serviced daily but I had to call daily and they always took the used towels but never gave me clean ones until I called back. I was either asking for the wrong thing or there is a serious training issue.
Otherwise the room was fine although they did add a Do Not Disturb/Clean Room/Doorbell panel at the door.
The breakfast buffet was nice, lots of variety and it seems more Middle Eastern style items which was great, but also very suitable Western Style foods in plenty. I frankly only ate the breakfast buffet once in the past, almost always eating breakfast and a light dinner and aperitif in the Executive Lounge (which is now closed but looks exactly the same through when you look in).
So, here's the bottom line...... The hotel is nice, clean, a bit updated and still a nice boutique hotel in the Deira district, close to the airport and a larger souk A great view of the city and Dubai creek from the pool deck. If you stayed there when it was a Hilton, you will probably be a bit disappointed. The staff seemed nice, attentive, but somewhat untrained. Getting a simple document printed turned out to be a challenge and the business center was closed for some reason that didn't make sense to me. I will probably not stay there again and return to the Sheraton up the street. (which a staff member told me to go if I wanted a beer). Otherwise, give it a try and check it out for yourself!
PS: Did I mention it was alcohol free? :)

UUtente ospiteWe felt we had a really good location because the hotel is located right on Dubai's red metro line at Financial Centre Station which lined up really well with our itinerary. The hotel is located very close to the Burj Khalifa tower and the many sights of Downtown Dubai. We also had quite a few restaurant options and shops nearby so we didn't have to go far to get a good meal or pick up something.
The rooms are nicely appointed with a firm bed and large pillows. This is a suites Hotel so there is a pretty good kitchen in the rooms with a stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer machine and dishes to go along with everything. The shower had great pressure and it was easy to control the temperature but we were not a fan of the scent of the bath products provided. We had a pretty good sea view and could see the Burj Al Arab and World Islands off in the distance which we were happy with. We liked that they gave us extra bottle water each day but would have liked if they included maybe a few packets for detergent for the dishwasher and laundry machine because the lobby shop quantities were bigger than needed.
The amenities at this hotel are pretty good with a shop and restaurant on the main floor. There is a common room on the sixth floor and some meeting rooms that are bookable. The pool and fitness area is accessible on the sixth floor as well via a pedway and is very nice as well. The pool had plenty of lounge chairs and there were quite a few available when we visited. You can also sneak a peak at the downtown area between the buildings. The change rooms are a little small but there was lots of space when I visited and lockers available. I could not figure out how to lock the locker and would have appreciated it if I was provided the card for it or if they had instructions on the lockers of how to use them. The steam room and sauna were very small but I was the only one in them when I went in the late afternoon.
The breakfast is included and there were plenty of options to enjoy when I went. There were changing items each day and while we were there they rotated between fried eggs and scrambled eggs and they had bread pudding one day, french toast another and pancakes. There is a variety of hot items as well like sausage, beans, beef bacon, hash brown patties and one day they had shakshouka. For cold items they had a salad bar, cheese, yogurt and fruits. They had a variety of pastries each day. The drinks were good as well with rotating juices and a coffee machine to pick and make your own drinks.
The check in was smooth but the check out took a considerable amount more time and we aren't really sure why. They explained that our deposit would take 25-30 days to refund our payment card or we could buy things at their lobby shop but we didn't need anything so I guess we will have to wait. The hotel is very tall and we found the elevators could get quite busy throughout the day so we had to be patient waiting for an elevator to go down from the high floor our room was on or be ready for a crowded elevator at times.
Overall, we are very happy with our hotel choice for Dubai and were pleased with the location, shower, view, breakfast and room.

AAliZaibAbbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno in questo hotel. L'edificio è nuovo e le camere hanno una bella vista. Anche le dimensioni della camera e il bagno erano abbastanza grandi. C'è anche un comodo negozio a pochi passi anche se non c'è nient'altro nella zona tranne altri hotel ed edifici. L'unica lamentela è che il personale dell'hotel è un po' avaro quando si tratta di dare bottiglie d'acqua, articoli per il caffè ecc. e bisogna chiedere più volte. L'hotel sembra anche essere a corto di personale in orari particolari e in molti casi non rispondono al telefono alla reception. Queste sono piccole lamentele su cui il personale deve lavorare, a parte il fatto che l'hotel è fantastico e lo consiglio vivamente.

RRongrongbaoerÈ un ottimo hotel, è situato in una zona residenziale. Ci sono molti ristoranti nei dintorni, soprattutto cucina indiana. Ci sono anche supermercati indiani e supermercati filippini. La colazione è super ricca e buona. La camera è molto grande e il letto è estremamente confortevole. Consiglio di soggiornare qui. Il personale di servizio ha un atteggiamento molto buono, è molto cordiale e può fornire servizi in qualsiasi momento.
