Generally a good stay Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the property the fooseball table was enjoyable, the air conditioning worked well, and it was a nice touch with the coffee bar. We would recommend this location to anyone (non - handicapped) who is looking to spend time very close to/ at the ark.

Perfect location We were blessed to be able to stay at the house. It was very convenient for going to the Ark Encounter and back. We loved the size of the kitchen. We enjoyed relaxing and eating together.

Mini Vacay This property was decorated nicely, was fresh and clean. We had 5 adults and 4 children ages 10-14. The house really wasn't big enough for all of us to sleep but we made it work. We took advantage of the comfortable sofas. I will say though that the children had a blast in the game room! It was a little loud since there wasn't a door blocking the game room from the upstairs living quarters but it was great seeing everyone have a good time. The property manager was great. If we had any questions or concerns we just had to contact her. She responded quickly and was very helpful. Would we stay here again? Definitely! It was great for a 4 night 3 day stay.

Great location We went to the Ark Encounter and Creation Musuem. Location of house was great for that purpose. The kids loved the game room.

Roomy and homey This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home fit our needs. It is a split level with decks. We enjoyed the outdoors with the fire pit and grill, game room, and tvs in every room. We were gone during the day, but nice to have breakfast and dinner while there.

Fun family near Ark Encounter We had a great stay for 3 nights and 4 days. The kids (15, 12, and 8) thoroughly enjoyed the game room! It was definitely worth the extra splurge for the multitude of games! The location was perfect for us and so close to the Ark Encounter. The kitchen was very spacious and allowed us to cook all of our meals instead of going out to eat. The dining table was big enough for all of us to sit at. The sleeping space was plenty for the 5 of us. Autumn was extra helpful and very easy to get in touch with when I couldn't find our check in information. I would highly recommend this house to anyone, especially a family with teens!

Great stay! We stayed here to visit the horse park, Ark, and Creation Museum. The location was great and easy to get to and relatively centrally located for all we were looking to do. The neighborhood was quiet. The game room is fun and well maintained. The house looked just like the pictures. The host was fabulous to work with and very accommodating! Will definitely stay again.
