Hotel in zona Bellevue Park, Drummondville

I cannot say enough about this hotel & it’s employees. We originally planned to stay 3 nights to move our daughter into her dorm room (U of Ottawa), which was only a 5 minute drive from the hotel. Due to some complications with our daughter’s dorm room we ended up having to extend our stay for one more night….and then one more night after that. Despite having to extend our stay twice, the staff was extremely accommodating and while we did have to move rooms once (our fault), the staff made sure that it was as seamless as possible, allowing us to stay in our old room until the new one was ready. Since we booked our room through an online hotel booking site, rather than through the hotel directly, we normally would have had to check out & then come back later in the afternoon to check into our new room (again completely our fault and decision). Thankfully Abdul from the front desk arranged for us to stay in our current room so we didn’t have to go through that hassle. As for the rooms themselves, they are great, very clean, comfortable, spacious, plus having a full kitchen AND a washer & dryer in the room was a huge benefit. We’ve stayed in several other hotels that offer ‘suites’, but they didn’t have the amenities or space this hotel offers. Having on-site underground parking was a bonus, especially considering the limited parking in this area & that there are several restaurants & stores right outside the hotel. Furthermore, every staff member we encountered was extremely pleasant, helpful & never made us feel like we’re asking too much, whether it was asking for an extra coffee pack, directions/suggestions for restaurants or in our case moving room etc.,. The only thing we would change would be booking with the hotel directly, instead of using one of the online hotel booking sites as we unfortunately did. We didn’t save any money using the site & it would’ve made things a lot easier if we just booked directly with the hotel. We will definitely stay here again & would recommend this hotel.

L'hotel è davvero molto molto buono! Unica pecca: l'acqua calda impiega molto tempo ad arrivare nella doccia! Ma nonostante ciò, era il mio secondo viaggio in questo hotel e non esiterò a tornarci!

Stato qui per due notti su viaggi stradali in Canada. Hotel è ben situato nella piccola città di Trois Rivieres vicino al fiume. È a breve passo dalla zona principale di cibo e bevande. È stata grande e ben progettata. L'hotel fa parte di un centro conferenze così sempre si è sentito occupato. Personale amichevole e utile. Parcheggio abbondante e conveniente sottoterra o sopra. Il personale del bar era amichevole come il personale del colazione. Il pranzo è una la carte e ciò che avremmo avuto è stato un prezzo molto buono e decente, se in questa zona si rimarrebbe di nuovo qui.
