Quality Inn Draper Near Salt Lake City

The only thing we disliked was the curtains did not fully close and let a lot of light in the room.

The room was alright, we found candy under the bed which was kinda gross BUT the hot tub was absolutely disgusting!! There was mold, black stuff, and hair in the hot tub. The entire pool room smelt like stinky feet and the water made you smell like stinky feet. However, the breakfast was nice though.

Great staff! Very clean, with good breakfast. Very safe and walkable area. Beds a bit hard, and rooms show a bit of wear. Bathroom however was recently redone and was in excellent condition. The owners and staff should be proud of the quality service and attention to cleanliness. Would stay again.

Good stay The front desk staff was fantastic—friendly and helpful! The room was clean, although the carpet was noticeably worn. After a long 4+ hour drive, I was really looking forward to using the hot tub for my bad back, but unfortunately, it was under repair and unavailable. While they did offer a refund, with my three collapsed discs, repacking and moving to another hotel just wasn’t an option.

It was tolerable but I wouldn't stay there again. The room was fairly clean but not great. We chose this hotel because it had a pool and the pool and hot tub were growing algae and had residue floating on top and one of the metal stairs was broken and scratched the heck out of my daughter's back when she swam around it.

We experienced a terrible situation. Someone called our room after midnight and woke us up, saying stupid things. We complained to the front desk and they said there was a group in the hotel and they probably dialed our room by mistake. 4.30am we were woken Again to Police banging on our door??? Apparently we were fighting and I was beating my wife??? We were shocked as we were asleep? We told the Police that we were sleeping and they wanted to see my wife to see if she had been beaten up? The guy next door came out of his room but nothing was said to him. Police officers left and we tried to get back to sleep, but after that it was very hard to sleep as we didn’t know what was going on? In the morning we found a note through our adjoining door (obviously the man next door was doing the complaining to the Police) and the note told us to Stop following him around the hotel? Obviously there was something wrong with him as we didn’t know who he was? (We are seniors from Canada who enjoy travelling and have never had a situation like this before?). We went back to the front desk in the morning and asked for them to call the Police back as he was still there. The hotel staff said they knew he was mentally unstable but would not call the Police back? We were very unnerved with this situation. We didn’t get much sleep and asked for some compensation. Apparently the manager was not there, so staff just apologized. We feel we should have been compensated.
