This property features 3 exterior, outward facing, security cameras: a camera for the front yard, a camera for the front door entrance, and a camera for the back yard patio. Main Floor: Guests enter the home on the main level which boasts an open concept floor plan with integrated living room with HDTV, dining room, kitchen breakfast bar, and well-equipped state of the art kitchen with gas range. The back deck is off the kitchen and offers additional outdoor seating for anytime-meals. The room to the right is the kids room with a daybed, with a pullout at the bottom, and a closet, the next room to the right is a queen size bed, with a window that is opened, you can hear the river. A first full bathroom with a shower, lots of towels, and toilet paper are provided. Ending the hallway with the master bedroom, with a sliding door, to come out to the end of the deck, a small coffee table, to enjoy the outdoors with morning coffee.
