Beds are HARD! Pillows too soft! Lots of noise from Interstat (diesel Jake brakes)

The shower in our room had hair all over and dirty. I had to clean it to feel comfortable taking a shower. Makes you wonder what else in the room had not been cleaned. For $265 a night I expect more.

We were welcome eith a very friendly smile from Elandra at the desk. She was most professional and friendly, she made us feel very welcome. When I went back for downstairs to get some snacks, she was very helpful and again she made me feel special. Thank you Elandra.

They did not clean our room on the 3rd day as scheduled.
The hotel was nice and quiet at night.
Not a good pet walking area.

Disappointing! The rooms stuck & the breakfast was terrible. The hotel was out of a majority of the breakfast items. I do NOT recommend this hotel.
