Molto centrale. Tutto quello che serve è presente nella stanza. Le camere sono pulite. Tutto corrisponde molto consigliabile. Il personale è super amichevole e utile. La terrazza nel 7. Stock anche super e sulle bevande ci sono una grande selezione a buoni prezzi. Molto grande lode al personale dell'hotel. Mi piace tornare

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel come un hotel a basso bilancio vicino al centro. Non abbiamo fallito. L'hotel è modesto, le camere sono piccole ma pulite. La ricezione fuori dall'unico uomo parla polacco, quindi si concorda anche senza una lingua. Il parcheggio è piccolo a circa. 10 auto, ma se non ci sono posti all'opuscolo del vasto parcheggio per EUR 12 al giorno. Al centro vicino. Colazione molto modesta senza piatti caldi, ma si può mangiare. Raccomando che le persone visite 1-2 ogni giorno per le visite a Dortmund o per quelle che si incontrano.Nota: In ogni hotel in Germania è necessario avere un codice di vaccinazione QR o il risultato di test PCR per accedere.

Das Hotel ist direkt an der B1 gelegen, weshalb man dieses gut findet. Die Parksituation ist jedoch etwas schwierig. An der Straße selbst ist die Parkplatzsuche meist nicht von Erfolg gekrönt und die Tiefgarage ist für neuere Autos sehr eng. Das Hotel selbst ist gut und für eine Nacht kann man nichts dazu sagen. Leider ist es jedoch in manchen Punkten (z.B. Badezimmer) etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück ist seinen Preis auf jeden Fall wert. Eine gute Auswahl und für alles etwas dabei.

I stayed one night and I was upgraded to a “power-room“. A modern and big room, a gigantic screen and a lovely bathroom, really top-notch. So was the breakfast buffet with a huge variety and excellent quality. The pool also brilliant to swim a few lengths. I also liked the spa and the gym, both way above standard for a hotel of this size. Absolutely recommended.

Molto bello hotel, splendide camere, grande, spazioso ed elegante, con terrazza. Molto pulito. Parcheggio gratuito. Posizione dell'hotel non lontano dal centro della città. Il personale alla reception è stato davvero utile e professionale. Tutto è stato grande! L'unica cosa che non mi piaceva era: nessun frigo nella stanza e un piccolo bagno.

L'hotel è una casa fortificata convertita dal 13° secolo, con vaste aree per camminare in un bel sole di Pasqua. Il colazione è abbondante e vi è una buona scelta di cibo e un'offerta infinita di caffè. Le camere sono pulite, i letti confortevoli, e super-calmate. Se fosse tutto quello che sapevo di questo posto, sarebbe sufficiente raccomandarlo. Ma non è tutto quello che so. Ci sono altri. Cosa mette a parte gli hotel è attenzione ai dettagli. E questo hotel ha questo - tutti i piccoli tocchi che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno molto più bello, hanno spinto i letti insieme perché sapevano che eravamo sposati, hanno aperto le zone tranquille per noi di sedere e godere di un caffè. Ma ci sono ancora di più. Il personale è amichevole, competente e sempre li' per voi. È particolarmente menzionato il personale notturno, Ann-Christin e Erdal, che in qualche modo sono sempre riusciti a trovare il tempo per un bel chat con noi nonostante dover gestire molte cose all'uno all'altro. E' divertente.

Siamo stati molto soddisfatti nel bellissimo hotel . La generosa camera con vista al bell'ora e nel giardino era esattamente secondo il nostro gusto. Il letto confortevole ha assicurato un sonno rilassante. Il mobilio moderno e attraente. Il bagno è moderno con doccia grande e pratico tavolo lavanderia molto grande. Piacere il WC separato. Il balcone è anche molto bello di dimensioni e è dotato di tavolo e sedie regolabili, nonché di schermo solare. Il menu per cena era delizioso. Il colazione era anche buono. Ci è anche un bagno di palestra e una sala fitness, ma non abbiamo utilizzato entrambi. Le strutture esterne con il giardino di birra ci piaceva molto. La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente. Il parcheggio è gratuito. Ci sono stati posti di parcheggio economici, perché il garage era posato. Le biciclette sono state messe gratuitamente nel garage e caricate.

Viel Schatten, wenig Licht es gibt in diesem Hotel zwei verschiedene Kategorien: Standard und Superior wir hatten Superior gebucht. Am Samstag bei Anreise wurden wir sofort gebeten, die Zimmerrechnung zu bezahlen. Das ist ungewöhnlich, aber ok. Als wir dann das Zimmer betraten, stellen wir fest, dass wir eine falsche Kategorie bekommen hatten. Also zurück zur Rezeption. Die junge Dame war völlig überfordert und bestätigte, dass wir ein Standardzimmer bekommen hatten und kein Superior. Sie holte sich Hilfe bei Herrn F. Welche Funktion er hat, wissen wir nicht. er hat sich nicht vorgestellt. Allerdings schaute er in den Computer und sagte, dass er jetzt am Samstag Abend nichts mehr tun könne, das Hotel sei ausgebucht. Als Kompensation und Entschädigung würde er uns für den folgenden Morgen zum Frühstück einladen, und ein Zimmerwechsel am nächsten Tag. Mehr könne er für uns nicht tun. Damit war das Gespräch für ihn beendet und wandte sich wieder seiner Restaurantkasse zu. Nach unserer Auffassung ist dieses Verhalten Betrug. Er hatte unser Geld schon kassiert. Für 2 Nächte Superior Zimmer! Am nächsten Morgen sprachen wir dann mit einer netten Kollegin an der Rezeption. Frau M. war im Gegensatz zu ihrem Kollegen kompetent und handlungswillig. Sie organisierte den Zimmerwechsel, erstattete den zuviel bezahlten Superioraufschlag und eine Kompensation für die gestörte Nachtruhe. Der Unterschied zwischen Standard und Superior ist die Lage: Hauptverkehrsstrasse und Innenhof. und wir hatten ausdrücklich Innenhof bestellt. Nach der positiven Überraschung an der Rezeption der zweite Schock: das Frühstück. Das Hotel wird durch die Lage zum Musical vornehmlich von Busgruppen frequentiert. Wir hatten uns schon erst zu 10 Uhr für das Frühstück vorbereitett, um dem Ansturm der Busgruppen aus dem Weg zu gehen. Aber es war eine Katastrophe! Die drei Servicekräfte waren heillos überfordert. Schlachtfeld trifft es wohl am Besten. und keiner der Mitarbeiter war in der Lage etwas Ordnung in das Chaos zu bringen. Wenn Sie irgendwie können, suchen Sie sich ein anderes Hotel! Und wenn Sie es schon nicht vermeiden können, dann buchen Sie unbedingt Superior. Erstens ist an Schlaf bei Zimmern der Standardkategorie zur Strassenseite nicht zu denken und zweitens finden Sie dort eine Einrichtung, die wohl noch aus dem 70er Jahren stammt. Die Superiorzimmer sind zur ruhigen Hofseite und sehen aus, als wenn sie in den 90er Jahren mal renoviert wurden. (auch schon 30 Jahre her....) Selbst die Nähe zum Musicaltheater macht es nicht erträglicher. Das Musical selbst ist auch nach 30 Jahren immer noch eine Reise wert!

A convenient modern hotel in Unna, 20km East of Dortmund, near to motorways. It is clean and the bedrooms are good. The breakfast is very good, although the coffee is poor. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant with a limited menu. Car parking is 12 Euros a night - easier to pay for a ticket for your stay at reception, rather than using the parking machine outside.
