The rooms are advertised as apart-hotel rooms for longer stays, but they are small and they mostly just traded a proper size wardrobe for a space for a kitchen sink and a microwave. The website says ”Kitchenette” but you can't really cook anything... Also, no dish soap or sponge is provided, and you have to grab plates and cutleries yourself from the restaurant area downstairs. This could easily be fixed. Also the website says there is a desk but there really isn't. What you get is a small coffee table with a low seat. Impossible to seat and expect to work comfortably on it. No laundry service or washing machines available in the hotel either. The receptionist pointed me to the mall to clean my clothes, which is very far if you don't have a car. They should at least have a partnership with external laundry service and organize pickups... Other than that, the staff was super friendly and professional. Nice hotel design, clean and good breakfast too. So I would recommend the place only for short stays.

Situato in zona ”fiera” quindi non proprio vicino al centro e neppure esternamente invitante: anonimo.L'hotel è frequentato soprattutto, e ovviamente, da dipendenti di ditte di passaggio per lavoro (almeno nel periodo in cui siamo stati noi).È in stile moderno ”discutibile” ma tutto sommato gradevole. Camere spaziose il giusto e ordinate. Ovviamente niente bidet. Tv color di non facile comprensione e con 3 canali italiani scritti nell elenco ma senza ricezione di segnale. Poca disponibilità nell aiutare a risolvere le problematiche degli ospiti,più di una veramente, con sorrisi finti da parte del ragazzo più giovane e di quel che sembra il responsabile, tranne l'unico che non sembra proprio del posto (inteso come non di origine tedesca), ma che si impegna nel fare il possibile verso gli ospiti. Lavabiancheria a disposizione vicino l'ingresso, insieme a una mini palestra da camera....mah La colazione è di varia scelta e non male,ovviamente scordatevi di riuscire a bere un espresso in stile italiano, anche se il nome c'è scritto. La cena,se si sceglie la mezza pensione, è self-service servito,non è varia e ci si aspetta una proposta in più....però per due o tre giorni si fa.

You can have a meeting in our meeting rooms that have a 56” display for presentations. The rooms are compact, yet spacious, thanks to the clever design and the lack of unnecessary furniture. I looked at many places (Hilton is usually my go to) but Moxy by Marriott had the best prices and decent reviews. I’m glad I took the chance. It’s definitely a no frills hotel. Don’t expect a sewing kit , coffee maker or toothbrush but the staff is very friendly and eager to help. I didn’t opt for breakfast but they didn’t charge me for the cup of tea either. Room is small but sufficient. No closet space to hang clothes (no iron either) but some hooks and few hangers on the wall. Business travelers may want to know this. I had drinks at the bar and snack food and they were decent. The lobby has plenty of sitting, working, eating space and guests do gather which is nice! Again, I definitely got what I paid for and I don’t mean that in a negative way. I’ve stayed in many 5 star places and left disappointed either with room or service. Here you won’t be disappointed. To get to the city center by taxi it’s about 25 to 30 euros. Train station Riem is about 15 minutes by walking. 3 trains to the airport. Hope this helps!

It’s very good, but enough issues to knock a star off. Lots of good things - very clean, modern room. Great shower. Good lighting. Comfortable bed. Fabulous breakfast, with omelettes to order. Every sort of milk you could imagine (though except, oddly, we couldn’t find fresh - the one we thought was it was UHT!). Great gym on 14 floor. Internet lightning fast. The staff were friendly and gave you full attention when you were with them. Issues. Short staffed. On checkout, for example, only two staff, one of whom was on the phone … then the other could not get round an issue for a couple checking online, so had to be helped by the first. When a place is this swish, check in and out should be fast and slick. It wasn’t. Short staffed in the restaurant too: we’d booked a table but were ignored by the two staff who were covering the bar and the tables. A lot of tables and a long wait to be seated. Better training needed: at least greet and acknowledge the waiting guests. Restaurant food was ok. In the room: no access to the online hotel directory: reception didn’t really understand the problem and sent a spare remote up to us, then guessed maybe a software issue. No USB ports in the sockets, and none to loan (you could buy them apparently). (Tip: actually there there are two USB ports - on the back of the TV! They’re fiddly to reach but it can be done, and they charged a phone overnight).

Posto eccellente! Ho adorato l'a**osfera e le persone erano davvero fantastiche. Ho avuto un piccolo problema in cui mi è stata assegnata una stanza che era già piena, quindi quando sono tornato, il letto che avevo fatto era occupato. Per fortuna, non appena sono arrivato alla reception e ho raccontato loro cosa era successo, mi hanno assegnato una nuova stanza e mi hanno dato nuove lenzuola e un asciugamano, quindi non è stato un grosso problema per me. Lo consiglio davvero :)

When we turned up at the hotel at no fault of the hotel the holiday company we used did not change the dates of our hotel (from 26-29th to 27-30th) in line with our flights. This was quickly sorted by signing a form to confirm that this was the case. Then on our last night I was in the room by myself when a man that had just checked in had let himself into the room, he soon realised and walked straight back out. Shortly after I had a receptionist named Mustafa I have been told barge into the room demanding that I pack and leave right away as I should not be there. He threatened to ring the police if I did not leave right away. He did not want to listen to a word I said when I tried to explain to him the situation that I thought could have been the mix up, I rang my boyfriend to come straight up to the room. The tone and manner of this staff member was completely unacceptable. As soon as my boyfriend arrived his manner changed completely and became very polite. My partner went down to reception to try and sort things out to which he got shown the form we filled in on arrival with it forged, the date had been crossed out and edited which I’m assuming is to try and cover up the fact they were in the wrong. Never experienced anything like this anywhere I have travelled before. Definitely did not feel safe by myself as a woman. So disappointed after such a lovely holiday this completely changed the tone and ruined it 😢

L'ostello è così vicino alla Ostbahnhof. È possibile andare al centro della città e tutti i luoghi turistici devono vedere via metro, sottoterra o autobus in un breve periodo di tempo. L'ostello ha una posizione molto buona e tranquilla. Puoi vedere la splendida vista della città di Monaco dalla finestra della tua camera. È un ostello così pulito, comodo, ben progettato. La stanza che ho soggiornato era pulita e comoda. I miei compagni erano persone rispettose e gentili. Il personale che lavora all'ostello è così gentile, comprensibile, sorridente e utile. Grazie a tutti. In quanto viaggiatore solitario, sono davvero felice di rimanere in un luogo così meraviglioso e confortevole a Monaco. Raccomando fortemente questo bellissimo ostello.

hotel già usato in passato. Al quarto soggiorno devo dire che è nelle mie piene aspettative. Il prezzo del soggiorno è corretto nei giorni normali di calendario, ma durante le fiere raddoppia. Questo è l'unico aspetto non comprensibile
