It is a 3-star guesthouse with many disadvantages. We start with the reception, which looks poor and the receptionist did not let us go up to the room until we paid in full, although we had already given an advance of 600 ron by bank transfer. We were going up to the room. Defective door!! You have to push hard to open it. The room looks like a maximum of 3 stars. The carpet is discolored and dirty in places, the faucet in the bathroom is full of tartar, the shower doors don't close, because of which the water flows on the floor. I hang the towel on the door hanger and wake up with it on the floor. Bad luck! The hanger broke! The towels are very old and ragged. Those for spas with chlorine stains. We went down to the SPA: the dry sauna was cold (54c) and the wet one didn't work, like the jacuzzi. The second evening, the SPA was ok after our complaints, but the chlorine in the water followed me even after 10 showers. We go up to the room to put the towels and bathing suits to dry. No system on which you can put something to dry. The next day I ask at the reception if they can help in this regard and they clearly said no. We tried to put it on a broken hanger (in which you could get injured) and somehow hang the towels and that was the solution. The guesthouse boasts gazebos and grills that you can only use with their products - that is, you can't bring even a piece of fresh meat, you have to use whatever you give them. And the cherry on the cake is the man who introduced himself as the administrator. A young man tired and disturbed by the presence of tourists who told us that he did not have time to check the cameras. At the quoted prices, it seems fair to show at least a little respect to those who cross your threshold! Total disappointment!!!
