Dream Villa is a two-story condo. First Floor: → Fully equipped kitchen. → Dining area. → Spacious living room with Smart TV. → Access to the private backyard, backyard, and terrace. → 2 parking spaces right in front of the Villa. Second Floor (sleeps up to 4): → Master bedroom with pool view, comfortable King bed, and access to full bathroom. → Second bedroom with two full beds, and garden view. → Full bathroom. The villa is rented as a whole. It is not designed to be rented in part or per room. Dream Villa is located on a gated community, within a gated complex with private access to the beach. Guests can walk around the complex to enjoy the pool or the beach. Just outside our community, within the main complex, guests can go to the driving range, bowling, dinning, and more. Visitors love Puerto Rico for its beaches, food, weather, and great golf clubs and courses. And that’s just the beginning! This great located villa puts you right in the center of everything you may need. Outdoor activities range from golf, beach, and water activities to adrenaline-pumping adventures like zipline and aerial adventures. Dorado has a lot of golf courses, being one of them the best in Puerto Rico. Important Information & House Rules - violation of this rule will result in the cancellation of your stay. ✓ Renters must be over 21 years of age. ✓ Wire transfers are not permitted. ✓ The occupancy cap is 4. It’s a hard cap and is not negotiable. This includes day guests. ✓ Only registered guests can stay overnight. ✓ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM. ✓ Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. ✓ No parties or events are allowed on the property. ✓ Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. If you will be outside, we ask that you keep noise to an absolute minimum during these hours. Please be respectful of the neighbors and quiet periods. ✓ Linens are included on all beds. ✓ Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. ✓ Subletting not allowed. ✓ No smoking indoors is allowed. This includes electronic cigarettes, vapes, and hookahs. ✓ Smoking is permitted outside at the back patio only. Please be respectful of neighbors and other people enjoying the communal areas. ✓ The house is not suitable for pets. Some small pets may be allowed only when such special request is approved in advance. ✓ There is a $200.00 penalty fee for lost keys and/or beeper. ✓ The pool may be enjoyed past 9:00pm on weekdays, but please keep the noise to a minimum after that time. ✓ Pets are not allowed inside the pool. ✓ After using the pool, please rinse off before entering the house. There is a shower hose on the terrace. ✓ Please, do not seat on furniture if you are wet or covered on sand. ✓ For Instant Booking reservations our team will contact the guest through the platform to confirm that they comprehend house rules and that they will comply with them AT AN ADDITIONAL COST (when available). ✓ Cleaning services during your stay. ✓ Early check-in. ✓ Late check-out. DISCLAIMER Please keep in mind that the island’s power system is still not at full capacity after damages cause by natura desasters. While we are fortunate to have power and running water, there could be voltage drops (these are not usual but are a possibility) as the systems keeps connecting other areas, and/or going under maintenance.
