Fab getaway. Accommodation impeccable. Amazing bed. Waterfall shower. Out of this world beach. Fabulous Reception with turf fire welcoming you to Ireland. Nice staff. Breakfast is all you need for most of the day. All I can offer by way of advice would be to work on the dinner menu. I don't understand how such a resort can provide such a standard food experience? The entire starter menu is to be avoided! The mains do not include Irish lamb which I found astonishing. The portions are way too big - in fact they're really portioned for two people. Whilst tasty and accompanied by fantastic wines, the mains should be next level!? Finally desserts are simply not worth trying unfortunately. If you're offering pecan pie, please pay a pastry chef to make it using Irish butter at least. This was a bought pastry case and the filling was not that good either! I make these points so that your resort can improve what it offers so that guests will not hesitate to return asap! But I'll be back. :)
