This place was great and the staff was so helpful. They made my first trip to Hengdian World Studios so easy. The rooms are clean, very cozy and beautiful. It’s very close to some good restaurants too.
Also, the place has their own restaurant, the thai fried rice was great! Their cold smoothies were wonderful and also helpful in the hot weather. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The host is super nice! This is our first trip to Heng dian with families. The rooms are clean, huge and comes with all amenities. Host also provided us with umbrellas in case there’s rain. Breakfast is amazing! My little guy and family absolutely loved it.

Ha avuto un bel tempo negli studio di Hengdian , purtroppo ha piovuto per la maggior parte del tempo. Questo piccolo hotel ha un grande bagno e un grande servizio. Ci hanno guardato molto bene dal giovane proprietario di questo hotel e ora siamo amici.
Considerato che non possiamo parlare o capire il mandarino, il mandarino ha avuto un buon tempo e è stato ben guardato.
Siamo venuti da 3 diversi hotel Shangrila su questo viaggio - Chengdu, Xian, Hangzhou, e devo dire che Hengdian hotel felice ha battuto tutti. Ben fatto hotel felice !

UUtente ospiteThis hotel is beautifully designed with exquisite architecture. The finishing, furniture and decoration makes you feel that you are living inside a heritage home. The service provided by the staff is top notch. The owner has a very extensive collection of artifact and we were given a tour of his museum. We will also recommend the teppanyaki dinner which was very well done and professionally presented by the young chef. The setting of the villa is romantic and very restful. We will love to come back again!

However in f&b section for breakfast, the staff service attitude could be better. The staff cooking noodles gave my noodles to other customers and didn't even apologise after I asked her where's mine. She just said plainly she will cook again. The main hall area has no seats for guests to sit while waiting for taxi or friends. Only 3 seats at the side of the hotel counter. Its really inconvenient for guests who are waiting for friends or taxi. The hotel needs to place more seats for guests at the main hall area.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my two friends and had a pleasant experience overall. The owner, a lovely lady, was incredibly friendly and made sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. The location is super convenient, with plenty of restaurants, fruit markets, and mini supermarkets nearby, making it easy to explore and grab anything you need.
The hotel is about 16 km away from the main attractions, roughly an hour's drive, so it’s a bit out of the way, but that also means it's quieter. The room itself was not the cleanest, but for the price, it was worth it. The essentials were covered with hot water, air conditioning, and all the basic amenities you’d expect, including free toiletries.
One of the best parts is that the hotel accepts foreigners without any issues, which made my stay stress-free. If you're looking for budget-friendly accommodation with all the basic comforts and a very kind host, this place is a solid choice.

I arrived after midnight due to significant flight delay and had to call reception. I was promptly attended to despite waking up the person. Breakfast spread has good variety (close at 9am). On check out day, they agreed to extend my checkout to 2pm so I was able to visit Yuanmingyuan for 2-3 hours before I leave. Location wise is good - street food stalls 2min away, supermarket 2 doors away, small eateries and cafes nearby and about 10min taxi ride to MingQing Palaces, Emperor Qin Palace, Qingming Shanghetu and Guangzhou and HK Streets sites.

KKelli TweL'hotel è situato proprio accanto alla scena del palazzo Qin, ma è isolato da un ristorante accanto all'hotel e da alcuni ristoranti cinesi simili in strada. La camera dell'hotel non offre frigo, che è un lavastoviglie per il servizio personale gratuito. Il mio partner si e'avvertito il secondo giorno e il personale Rosie (Ling) mi ha aiutato con la consegna di medicina, perché non avevo un numero locale e non voleva andare da solo. La posizione era molto conveniente, solo a pochi passi dalla stazione della metropolitana, che rendeva facile andare in giro.
