全季酒店的服務團隊給我留下了極為深刻的印象。從辦理入住手續開始，前台工作人員就面帶微笑，熱情地接待我，辦理流程高效快捷，還耐心地解答了我關於周邊旅遊景點和交通出行的各種問題，並提供了專業的建議。在入住期間，每次遇到酒店工作人員，他們都會主動打招呼，讓人感覺如沐春風。
需要充電線聯繫前台後，他們迅速響應，在很短的時間內就幫我解決了問題，這種積極主動、竭盡全力滿足客人需求的服務態度真的讓人非常感動。此外，酒店的清潔人員工作也十分認真負責，每天都會將房間打掃得乾乾淨淨，補充好各類洗漱用品，讓我時刻都能享受到整潔舒適的居住環境。

非常好，早餐也很好，停車場大，還有充電樁，我們除夕入住，人還不多，聽説初一以後人就多了， 離景區也很近，很方便

新開的全季，設計簡潔大方，衞生乾淨整潔，基本需求都能滿足。早餐較簡單，也能吃飽喝足，周圍餐飲不多，對面有零食超市，可以叫外賣。

優點:
1️⃣酒店交通位置很方便，離影視城都很近，還有自己的免費小停車場。
2️⃣房間佈局合理，馬桶與淋浴間大小也很夠，170+和185+的都不覺得擠。2米的大床足夠一家三口入睡。
3️⃣無論是前台還是客房，服務態度都很好。特別是因為小朋友和長者體力有限，去前台申請延退需要午休，小閆和小劉兩個小姑娘都答應了，退房的時候還贈送的離店水果。
建議:
1️⃣來入住的小夥伴們如果入住考進停車場的山景房，休息的時候還是要關好窗户，環境很好有公雞叫。
2️⃣房門要較重的關上，不然會一直警報；浴室門要輕輕關控制一下，它有點磁吸不控制的話會發出比較重的聲音，對設施設備會有一定影響。
總結:
是如果再來橫店會再次入住的酒店！
